A terceira suíte master no andar de cima é muito grande com acomodações para dormir 4. A unidade é grande para 2 famílias de quatro pessoas.

We stayed in this lovely spacious home last week with two other couples and it could not have worked out more perfect for our ski vacation. It is located within minutes of everything in a very nice part of Elkhorn. The house is beautifully furnished and appointed with everything that you could possibly need. We cooked several meals in as the kitchen was equipped with just everything you would want and more. The three bedrooms all had their own bathrooms en suite which was very nice and private for each couple. They all are "master bedrooms". This home would be great for any couples, family, or single persons getaway. The owner was great to work with and assessable. I highly recommend this home and definitely look forward to going back.
Stayed in this house for a week with a family of three including a two year old and a single adult child and it worked beautifully. We used the deck a lot with views over the ninth hole at the Elkhorn Golf Club which sort of turned into a play ground after 6 pm with children playing and dogs being let to run. The house had everything you could want in terms of pots, pans, glasses, flatware, washer, dryer, dishwasher and it all worked. We did eat out a lot but could have whipped up gourmet delights if we had wanted to. We had access to a garage. The owner also arranged amenity cards through the Elkhorn Association which provided access to the Elkhorn pool, golf course and tennis courts. It was a great family time and the house worked perfectly for our purposes.
We are long time Sun Valley visitors both summer and winter and know Elkhorn well. this is by far the nicest rental we have stayed in -- furnished beautifully and equipped with plenty of linens and everything you need for a few days or a few weeks -- which we spent last July. The location is perfect and this corner unit /duplex is a great home away from home. We made it ours for three weeks and regretted having to leave....well, we always hate to leave SV! The kitchen is well laid out and there is not only plenty of space to entertain guests, the duplex is cozy enough for just a couple - even though there are two additional bedrooms upstairs. The master is on the main floor, which is great for those who don't want to climb stairs, thus making it great for living all on one level. We found the price to be competitive, especially for the space, the quality of the furnishings and the level of the remodel. Fairway Nine is on the shuttle bus route so summer and winter there is great access to Ketchum and the ski slopes. Superb!!! We plan to return in 2016... :)
I recently rented this spacious town home for a wedding we attended in Sun Valley. We were traveling with 3 adult couples, and we appreciated the private en-suite bathrooms.
The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. We really appreciated the spices and oils in the pantry.
The beds were all equally comfortable. TV's in every room, although we never watched them because there was too much fun to be had outdoors.
The owner, Stephen Moreland was very professional to deal with.
I would highly recommend this rental, year-round. We want to return to enjoy some skiing as a family!
This is a wonderful townhome with great amenities and at a fantastic location. Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely place and we hope to be back next year. The townhome was clean and spacious and has high ceilings and large window to let in lots of light. Everything was very comfortable. It was nice to have bathrooms off of every bedroom. It was also very nice to have a garage for storage of bikes etc. We also enjoyed the wonderful patio and grill overlooking the golf course. We found the owner of this property to be very accessible and always got back quickly with any questions.
I would defiantly recommend this place to friends and family.
This is a fantastic townhouse, plenty of space for the whole family (3 bedrooms each with their own bath, TV). The attached garage is great for storing gear (bikes, fly rods, backpacks, etc.). As others have mentioned, the back deck is very spacious with two umbrella tables and a gas grill. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this townhouse.
