Patrick provided great communication before, and during our stay. While we were driving to this stay, Patrick was very proactive making sure when we arrived everything was set in place and taken care of for a seamless arrival. Detailed instructions provided in the condo were very helpful and spot on. We found this property fit our needs very well. We would book again! Thanks Patrick!
When we arrived in Vegas for a weeks' stay, we were surprised to find that our hotel rooms we had booked were unlivable. That evening, I looked for a substitute place to stay through Vacation Rentals (Home Away) and Patrick's condo fit the bill perfectly! Two big luxurious bedrooms, a full kitchen with all sorts of extra equipment and even some things in the fridge and pantry, a washer dryer, and a big living room, just a perfect home away from home! The condo was very clean, beds were extra comfy, and Patrick couldn't have been more helpful. What a nice place to stay to relax and unwind away from the strip. GPS led us right to the back gate, so remember to go around the corner to the front gate to get in.. other than that.. there were no further complications. The pool and excercise rooms are right near the front gate.. and a few minutes walk from the condo.. and Albertsons was just across the street from the back gate of the property.. walking distance. ALL was excellent. Thanks for our perfectly wonderful impromptu stay, and thanks for your great system to accept renters quickly, Patrick.. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
We loved this condo! Patrick was very accommodating and easy to work with. The area of summerlin is perfect for all your needs. Off the strip enough you can come back and relax. The pools were great. A very quite gated complex with everything for kids. The condo is very updated, clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Walk in the condo, put your bags down and relax. Everything is in place and provided: body lotion, shampoo, Band-aids, laundry detergent, hair dryer, liquid hand soap, toilet tissue. The bedding is non-pareil including Lauren cotton sheeting, dreamy beds. Am I waxing too poetic? Can't help myself.
If a Summerlin location is a must for you, this location affords easy access to Town Center, Red Rock Casino and luxury shopping on Rampart. Best of all, you can walk to just about everything, and a huge library is right up the street.
The grounds of the compound are patrolled around the clock and the electronic gates add to your feeling of security.
Patrick, who oversaw our stay, could not have been more accommodating.

Alles ist super Sauber
gut eingerichtet und vor allem sehr ruhig, falls wer über uns Wohnt, wir haben zumindest nicht gehört.
Lage ist auch Perfekt, Red Rock SP ist schnell zu erreichen
Outback Steak House ist relativ nahe ca 30 min wenn man läuft.
