Toda a família será "Going Coastal" nesta casa de férias Kitty Hawk sob nova propriedade. O "Going Coastal" facelift para 2015 inclui mobiliário novo e pintura, e 6 de tela plana TV no interior. É confortavelmente nomeado e oferece equipamento novo bebê para seus tesouros mais jovens. No exterior, desfrutar de envoltório recém-terminado em torno de decks, piscina grande, e banheira de hidromassagem. Passar dias preguiçosos longa na propriedade muito particular, ou na praia. Localizado em uma rua tranquila e apenas a uma curta caminhada até a praia, não há melhor maneira de "Going Coastal". A localização privilegiada no Mile Publicar 2. 5 tem muitas atrações próximas a esta casa. Golfe, lojas, atividades familiares, putt-putt, e vão os carros aguardam a noite com a família! A localização também elimina o tráfego da estrada no check-in / check-out dias. Está tudo aqui para você em "Going Coastal".

We stayed at this property in July 2016 and were not pleased for the amt of money spent. The house has a nice look upon arrival. ,No immediate red flags. But we experienced one problem after another during our stay. The management company was slow to respond to the many issues we had. You should not waste your money here. Find a place that is clean and doesn't smell like mildew from the leaking shower.
The outside: The carport and area around the pool was dirty. No worries... the pool guy is coming, right? Well, the pool guy doesn't clean the trash, BROKEN GLASS and general uncleanliness around the pool. He only cleans the pool itself. The property manager's response was that each owner arranges their own pool service... so it's not their fault. Awesome, thanks. Broken glass around a pool is unacceptable. Previous shoes left from other renters, broken pool toys strewn about.
Most importantly, the shower in the king bedroom was leaking. Not a small leak, but one that POURS water into the bunk BR below it. NO wonder the smell down there was a mixture of dank foulness and mildew. Our first calls to the property manager were ignored. A few days later we finally got a response but for the duration of the week we couldn't use the bathroom or the bedroom below. The maintenance guy indicated that this shower has caused a leak four times. Apparently the owner doesn't want to fix the problem. I'm telling you... RUN AWAY from this place.
Not enough kitchen silverware or bowls. If the place rents to 13-14 people, then there should be enough for people to use. It's that simple. (Manager response... people steal things)
Top floor bathroom sink won't drain. (Manager response... we didn't know) They have a cleaning service... are they actually cleaning?
Kitchen cupboard shelves broken (couldn't store our food anywhere)
Missing batteries for remote controls
Blinds missing from the windows
Doors to deck wouldn't lock
Broken kitchen chairs
So after we complained for weeks after we left they offered a small amt of compensation. It wasn't enough. Would you want to take the chance?
This is a two fold problem.
1. The owner doesn't care enough to provide a clean, safe, well-appointed home for the money.
2. The property manager (Outer Banks Blue) already has your money and is not motivated to compensate you for the poor quality of the house.
There are a ton of houses in the Outer Banks... stay somewhere else.
Looked great from the outside but after staying a few days we found out the issues. Let me start by saying The place was not the cleanest. While looking for the remote that dropped between the cushions we noticed a lot of food stuck under the pillows and inbetween surfaces. Which leads to the biggest issue. ROACHES!! After the lights went out and things calmed down, the roaches came out. I found multiple in the kitchen and one in the master bathroom on the middle floor. Then we noticed the major leak from the middle floor to the ground level leading to the hot tub and pool area. You can tell it's been there for. While because they had a panel covering the sealing where the leak originated from. I wouldn't stay there again unless they paid me!!
I stayed here last year after the upgrades and the place is beautiful...Very private, great outdoor space, and just a nice, quiet two block walk to the beach.
We stayed in this property twice last year with 6 adults and 6 kids and had more then enough room. This year we are bringing another family to help fill up the house. We like to have a good time and stay active so this place had it all for us, a very short walking distance to the beach made it easy to take our young ones back and forth as needed. The decks on this place are amazing they kept going and going, also the side yard was a nice perk we enjoyed setting up our corn hole boards and various games, also it gave the kids their own beach!
Nights were a blast, when we weren't just kicking back and hanging on one of the nice outdoor decks we were walking to some of our favorite bars/restaurants within a block or 2 from the house, there were at least 4 or 5 we could all walk to which was great! All of this and being on the ocean side and not having to deal with any of the highway traffic in and out or during the week was a added bonus. We will be booking Going Coastal any time we come down to the OBX from now on!
