Um totalmente atualizado de dois andares, dois quartos de duas e meia da cidade casa de banho em um complexo calmo, perto da praia e da vila em Saint Simons Island. Pé ou de bicicleta de 3/4 de milha para a praia ou 1 1/4 milha para a aldeia, restaurantes, lojas, píer de pesca e farol. deck privado e quintal sombreado por carvalhos. Saint Simons tem tudo - bicicleta e trilhas para caminhada, praia, lojas da aldeia, golfe, e tempo da ilha!

The property is great for a beach vacation! Perfect location, just minutes away from anything and everything you need on SSI. Short ride to the beach, restaurants, etc.
Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Everything was super clean and exactly like the description. The coloring books left for our kids was a hit and a great surprise!
The gas grill on the back deck worked great and was very convenient. Bikes provided were wonderful for a day riding bikes around the island.
The property is very quiet and neighbor was super friendly! Just an overall great stay and would definitely recommend!
Great property! Perfect location for restaurants and getting to the beach. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.
I was to stay at this property until hurricane Matthew arrived. The owners of this property called prior to my arrival, and worked with me to find a solution to a weather event. I did get a refund, and I hope to stay at this property in the future. So sad, I was really looking forward to this vacation.

We enjoyed our stay on SSI and loved staying in this beautifully decorated townhome with all of the comforts of home. My husband, his brother & our sis-in-law loved the proximity of the place to everything -- the beach, the Village, the Pier were within walking or biking distance, and Fort Frederica and Epworth-by-the-Sea were just a short drive. We enjoyed the Art Festival that was going on the weekend we were there, walked the Village and out to the Pier, walked the beach, enjoyed dinner at Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's for dinner, and lunch - during a University of Georgia game - at Brogen's (UGA fans will love this place on game day!). A margarita at the rooftop bar at Blue Water Grille in the village overlooking the water was a nice end to one evening. We had ice cream at St. Simons Sweets and Moo Cow, toured Ft. Frederica, walked around Epworth, Christ Church, and Wesley Gardens. It was a perfect weekend and we enjoyed the comfortable furniture (great king bed!) to relax in and all the amenities when we got back to the townhome. Thanks so much!
We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed the place very much.
This condo is in a quite area near the airport. Only a few muntes drive to the beach and shops. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is filled with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bicycles are a nice bonus. Great weekend.

By booking a stay at 204 Island Drive, Saint Simons, Georgia, the “renter” or “renters” agree to abide by all City, County, State and Federal Laws and Regulations. This includes not creating a disturbance, and not having more occupants than the number of occupants as described in the VRBO or Home Away inquiry or reservation sent by the “renter” residing at the premises. Violation by the “renters” will result in the “renters” vacating the premises without a refund. The Crains or “Owners” reserve the right to charge an additional charge for any damage or missing items, or if the property is left in bad condition to the credit card on file for the renter.
We would appreciate it if the “renters” would call or email us regarding any broken items or damage that occurs during their stay.
The “owners” will be held harmless and does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or injury for “renters” or their personal property. In addition does not accept liability for any inconvenience arising from temporary defects or stoppage of water, gas, electricity caused by “renters” negligent or intentional conduct, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond our control. In the rare or unlikely event that the “owners” must cancel a reservation for any reason, the refund will be limited to the amount paid to the “owners” for the stay. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred.
