The Space:

The large, fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with everything you need including two sinks, two refrigerators, a Bertozzone Italian range with oven, ample counter space, and storage. For the true gourmet, there is also an air fry, kitchen aid mixer and food processor!

Coffee lovers will be able to fuel up however you do at home, we offer a traditional drip machine, a Nespresso pod machine, a Keurig pod machine and a french press!

The separate dining room has room for 18 guests to dine together!

-TV room attached to the kitchen has seating for seven and a 52” smart TV .
-The Conservatory off of the formal dining room has plenty of seating and opens to the yard overlooking ocean
-The Library has seating for seven, features a fireplace, 32" smart TV, and opens to an ocean terrace
-Formal living room seats 13 and decorative fireplace.
