The main house consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, ¾ bath, large screened in porch with bar, dinner seating for 6+, and 3 bedrooms. Just of the porch is an outdoor grilling area and at the water edge is beautiful deck with another seating area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a lake view, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has two twins (walk through this bedroom to one of the masters). The bunk house has a queen bed, and sleep sofa. (no bath room in bunk house). There are 2 additional decks one next to the beach and the other at the end of the dock. A beautiful sandy beach - which is perfect for children – as it gradually get deeper as you enter. The 60 foot dock will accommodate all your toys, 2 boats up to 30 feet, multiple jet skis, kayaks, etc. At the end of the 60 foot dock water depth is 4-5 feet. Also included a fire pit on the beach, along with a water volley ball net, basketball, and horseshoes. There is a car port for added security and plenty of parking, perfect for storing bikes or boats.
