The location, half a block from Millennium Park, was perfect as it was within walking distance to many attractions, however it was also half a block from the "L" and even on the 19th floor the trains sounded like they were coming into the apartment. The property was clean but someone needs to check before renting it that the amenities are all there (one of the blinds was broken, a window was stuck open, no ice tray, no iron, no hair dryer, and the TV didn't work [batteries were missing and the cord to the TV was loose]), All of these were taken care of after several phone calls, but they should have been taken care of before we arrived.
