The cottage has been completely renovated with new kitchen cabinets, granite, completely new faux finish walls with vaulted ceilings. COMES WITH IT'S OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM, a smallish bedroom that contains a captains bed with four drawers. The bedroom and the bathroom are tiled. Comes with well equipped Kitchen, 49 inch 4K TV with many streaming services and Netflix free. Captains bed has four drawers and there is also a small five drawer chest of drawers in the bedroom. Completely private and separate from the main house where I live. Comfortable bed in the bedroom but its a very small room so there is no room to get out of the bed except crawling over your bed partner and also the bed is higher than a normal bed so I have been advised that older guests might not take to this so well. and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. There is also a loft with a full size bed. Safe neighborhood, lots of on street parking, very near Solano ave which has tons of businesses and restaurants. Bart station about ten to fifteen minutes walk. As the space is very near the house and sound travels easily please no loud parties! The space couldn't comfortably accommodate 4 people although 7 people can sleep there but it would be very crowded.
