Our home has been completely renovated - new paint, flooring, oak cabinets, granite countertops, new fixtures and much more. It's pure Florida with a great view of the Gulf just a block away. This cottage is the perfect getaway, located in the quiet coastal Palm Harbor area called Ozona . Ozona is a small laid back community located just miles from Clearwater Beach. Ozona is the very definition of eclectic having multi-million dollar mansions sitting next door to beach side shantys. It has some of the greatest restaurants in Pinellas County, boasting that perfect mix making your vacation relaxing and one that you're happy to call 'home' while away from home. It is only one short block from the gulf, and marina... all within easy walking distance. You can walk 5 blocks to Alt-19 and catch the 'Trolley' to Clearwater and many other locations. Our home is located just a few steps from the Pinellas Trail, featuring 34 miles of walking, biking, and roller blading. there are 2 adult bikes with the property. This is a golf cart community with a golf cart optionally available as well. Located midway between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin, just North of Clearwater.

The property has a large backyard for you to play with the kids, put up a volleyball net and enjoy. Pets welcome with additional deposit. Lovely home in quant little town

We stayed in this home for a month during the transition between our old and new homes. This place had everything we needed, and then some. The owners were great at communicating, and very accomodating. Located near the water in a quant little town with great mom and pop restaurants. Wouldly highly recommend!!

It was amazing

We will be back every year we loved it wish the golf cart in the pic was the one we had the other one was way to long and if u didn’t put it on charge right after u used it might not make it back even just up the street other than that super happy with everything and if anyone it coming that way we will tell them to book this place see u next year same time

Nice quiet vacation

Such a cute house, had everything we needed for a trip to Florida. The back yard is huge and fenced. Our dogs loved the Florida grass. The house is comfortable and homey, we came in July so we had to block the windows in the back of the house in the am and the front of the house in the pm just because of the way the house sits and we wanted to save the air conditioner (well electric bill, lol) . As I wrote in the guestbook, day 1 before you run to 7-11 (.5 miles on Tampa Rd) or Publix (1 mile on Palm Harbor Rd) check the garage. This house has so many things available do not waste your money on sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Honeymoon Island State Park Beach is beautiful especially if you have dogs as they have a dog beach. Clearwater Beach is packed in the summer but just a short drive down Alt 19. So many parks if you are a nature lover. OK FOOD- Ozona Pizza is fantastic, I cannot even describe how good the Amadas fettuccine with Sausage, onions and mushrooms is! Molly goodheads is wonderful, He got the 9 oz blackened grouper, it was very impressive. Frenchy's outpost is roughly 1.5 miles away on the causeway and it was good but I think Molly goodheads was just as good and within walking distance. Unique Gifts and Antiques is a cute shop that has all things Fl for sale. I picked up something for my grand daughter and myself! We are hoping to stay again next year when my company holds our annual retreat. I have stayed in 4 different houses through home away since 2016 and by far this was the best equipped, best decorated, homeist and most relaxing trip of all of them. Thank you

Beautiful!

We were in the area visiting relatives and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The town was quaint and quiet. My daughter and I enjoyed the little stores in the area. Very close to many area places to visit and worked out so well within vicinity of where our relatives were. The house was very welcoming and we felt like we were at home. Thank you for sharing your home and helping us to have a relaxing time away.

Loved Ozona area

We stayed the month of March 2015 and enjoyed our time there. Ozona is a great community to walk, bike or golf cart around. People are very friendly! Weather couldn't have been better!! We look forward to returning. The house had everything you possibly needed to enjoy your stay. The sunsets were such a joy to view and the water was closeby - in walking distance. The trail is closeby and was fun to bike every day. I can't say enough good things about our stay at this home...it was great...and highly recommend it.

We are Kelby and Wendy and hope you love our getaway home and Ozona as much as we do. Once we found Ozona we knew this is the place to come get away from it all and truly relax. We love to head to the water and watch the sunset, watch the dolphin swimming, or hang out at Boyles Backyard Bar across Alt-19 Palm Harbor Blvd. We live in Ohio and love Ohio State sports.

We fell in love with Ozona immediately. The area feels like the perfect retreat with lots of activities close. Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach's are some of our favorite beaches in the world. It's all about location.
