The gourmet kitchen is highlighted by custom cabinetry, granite countertops, gas range, double ovens, and a large island with bar stool seating for four.

The master suite features a king bed, cozy side chair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to its private balcony. Its spacious en suite bathroom offer double sink vanities, large shower with steam shower feature, and deep soaking bathtub. Ascend the stairs to the second floor, which features three bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a media room. The bunk room, offering two sets of bunk beds, one trundle bed, and one queen bed as well as a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, is the perfect place for children to vacation together. The room has its own bathroom with a shower. The queen bedroom and the second king bedroom share a hall bathroom with double sinks and a shower. This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
