Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from on Kiawah and in the Charleston area, and many private chefs available.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Akers Ellis will collect 35% payment at time of booking and full payment 90 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable. This cancellation policy, as outlined in the rental agreement, supersedes any cancellation policy presented on third-party booking sites, such as Homeaway/Vrbo.
