Este 2 quartos, 2 casas de banho casa multinível encantador é o aluguel família perfeita que vai deixar ambos, as crianças e os adultos felizes. Esta unidade é um dos três no edifício. A casa tem uma TV de tela plana na sala de estar, uma cozinha totalmente equipada e quartos com colchões muito confortáveis. Uma cama king size no quarto principal e duas camas queen size no quarto # 2. Todos os quartos têm tela plana TVs de LED e ventiladores de teto e há uma lavadora e secadora central vertical convenientemente localizado na casa. O quarto principal tem aberturas de portas francesas para a varanda com vista para o pátio e área de piscina de natação de volta. Outras comodidades incluem Wi-Fi em todo o estabelecimento.

A maravilhosa praia SPI é apenas uma curta distância a pé, e há um par de muito bons restaurantes a uma curta distância da casa, como PadreRita Grill e preto barbas, dois dos meus favoritos!

All the Comforts of Home

We had a great trip to SPI over Labor Day weekend and couldn't thank Roberto enough for his hospitality! The condo was just as described and great for our large family. We had all the comforts of home with a well-designed layout and the perfect location to match. The kitchen was well-appointed and the open spaces were nice enough to not feel over crowded. The outdoor access to the pool was a nice surprise! It was wonderful to have a semi-private pool where we could relax after a long day exploring the island. This condo is very well situated off the strip and easy walking distance to Blackbeard's. It was also just a few blocks to Louie's Backyard and Clayton's. We will definitely be back and rent from Roberto in the future!

The property was clean, equipped with basic needs, and walking distance to the beach and restaurants

Roberto and Sylvia (owners) are very nice people that take pride in providing a comfortable environment in their properties. We enjoyed our 14 day getaway in Unit A.

The pool was always clean and a dip to end the evenings was wonderful.

Try out the tidal wave and pizza at South Padre Brewery (within walking distance).

Wanna Wannas, Senor Donkey, Feldman's, and other restaurants in biking distance to the property.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay!

Clean and spacious, but hazards for small children and the elderly.

Pros: The property was clean and very spacious. Centrally located, but closer to the main drag rather then the beach road. Provided dish soap, dish towels and sponge for cleaning. All appliances worked. Quick response and communication with owner. Was warned a day before toilet paper and paper towels where not to be supplied, so I was able to bring these items from home. (One roll of each was provided to start.) Reasonable price for what you get.

Cons: The stairs to the second story bedroom are very dangerous especially for small children and the elder, which we had both in our group. I can't imagine they are up to code, the treads are very narrow and steep, the tile makes them even more dangerous. They only provided (1) towel per guest, so we were washing towels every day...not something I wanted to do on my vacation and I can't image good for their water bill. The main bathroom had a Jacuzzi size bath tub making it very difficult for my grandmother to get in and out of the tub. It was also very slippery, I had to use a towel inside the tub so that my grandmother would not slip...eventually buying a rubber mat. The property is a triplex, I only mention this because from the pictures and listings it only looks like a duplex. The guests we encountered where not very nice, luckily only the first floor unit was occupied so we had a little more privacy. Although, I would have not wanted to be on the first floor, entrance is from the backyard/pool and I bet the floors are very thin because we were able to hear everything from the second story of our unit...maybe that's why they weren't very nice? I am grateful that they allowed dogs, but no where in the initial listing did it say animals could not be around the pool deck or go in the pool. Slight inconvenience because she likes to be around us all the time. Thankfully, the property is across a large empty piece of property that I was able to walk her around. These are not major issues but things I would have liked to have known before booking this property. If I was to return to this property is would not be with small children or elderly.

I want to make sure it is understood we aim to provide a clean, safe, comfortable and fun place for our guests to enjoy SPI. Since I have unsuccessfully being able to reach you in order to discuss your concerns, please allow me to clarify and respond here instead. ---------- It is very important to mention that the property has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests including adults and children of any age. Exceeding this maximum guest capacity has and will put a strain in the infrastructure, amenities and provided supplies. ------------ And I hope I am not misleading anyone into thinking the property has features for people with special needs. This is clearly indicated in our ad. ------------ - +++++ This condo is one of three in a building located one block from the beach. This is noted in our ad and on our website. Units A (this unit) and B are multilevel and unit C is on the ground floor. - +++++ All the stairs in the building are to code. Obtaining the appropriate permits for the property would have not been possible otherwise. - +++++ The tub in the bathroom is a garden tub and not a Jacuzzi, and sufficiently large and comfortable for most guests. - +++++ Each bathroom is supplied with a start-up kit consisting of three toilet paper rolls and hand soap. For short-term stays, bath towels are supplied at a rate of 2 per guest and there is a washer and dryer combo strategically located in the unit. Laundry detergent is also supplied in quantities enough to wash 8-10 loads. - +++++ This is a pet-friendly building and approved pets are allowed on the pool deck but not in the swimming pool. This is also stated in the house rules and signage around the pool. ------------- Thank you again for your feedback, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Hit the jackpot with this property!!:)

This place was absolutely amazing!!! I brought my daughter and her friend for a surprise 16th bday....SO FUN!! SO clean with a pool in the back. I looked for days before booking and I hit the jack pot!! Close to the beach and restaurants. (The Palm resort was our favorite- 2 minute walk). I was fortunate to meet the owner and he is wonderful and willing to do anything to help... Even though it wasn't needed. Definitely 5 stars and can't wait to come back!!!!

Awesome condo, great location and pool

My family of 6 rented this condo for 4 nights. It was everything we hoped for. The location was amazing. Short walk to the beach and near plenty of restaurants. At night we were able to see the fireworks from Louie's backyard. My husband enjoyed the fact that the master bedroom was downstairs and the kids slept upstairs because we had a little extra privacy. Bedrooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. The pool area was nice and great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The only downside were the stairs for my elderly mother, but they weren't a problem for us or the children. Overall, awesome experience and Roberto was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back!
