Where to begin! This property is absolutely stunning!!! Pictures do not due justice for how beautiful this cabin is. It truly is a home away from home. The cabin is furnished with so many nice little amenities. The inside is impeccably clean and the craftsmanship amazing. We utilized every aspect of the property - cozy inside furnishings, lovely sundeck, fire pit, walking path to the river and more. We felt like we were at our own private resort!
Can't say enough about the owners either. Very, very gracious on so many levels! Always available for any questions that I had, extremely gracious on accommodations for our hectic schedule and just wonderful to deal with. Thank you, thank you!

I would highly recommend this property. The listing details are very accurate as are the pictures. This is a lovely home which is well-maintained and impecably kept. My family was very comfortable staying here and it made our daughter's graduation that much more enjoyable for all!!

The care of construction detail and workmanship alone will hve you running your hand along the hand hewn log timbers and mortise and tennon joinings .

This property is awesome. It's a special place, clearly built by craftsman with attention to detail. The site is beautiful. The gorgeous stone steps/patio with the fire pit are extremely conducive to great conversation and bonding. You can catch fish in the brook behind the house, or make the short drive through the state park to various locations. If I were building my own home away from home to be in the woods near flyfishing, this would be my model.
Was at the cabin May 2015 to Fly Fish on Penn's Creek. The Log Cabin is a great place for the family and offers all of the needed amenities' both indoors and out. Cabin is located about forty minutes from Penn's Creek and the same for shopping and dining in State College, Pa. Great location to use as base camp to visit the many attractions in Central Pa. Plan to visit again this summer...
As the owner of O'Neills Irish Flies I stayed at Camp Honey Creek for a gathering of fly fishers in May of 2015. Additional Terms and Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE OF PROPERTY “AS IS”: The Tenant bears the sole risk of renting the Property sight unseen and in not being satisfied with the condition of the Property at the time of check-in. It is highly recommended that the Tenant personally inspect the Property. The tenant has not been promised anything as to the condition of the Property unless stated in this lease. The property is rented "as is".
2. HOLD HARMLESS: Tenant and Tenant’s authorized guests agree to hold harmless and indemnify and covenant not to sue Owner or Owner’s agents and representatives for any injuries inside or outside the cabin resulting to Tenant or Tenant’s authorized guests as a result of any outdoor activities and/or interaction with wildlife, including any injuries from fishing, hunting, or use of stairs, decks, or patio or any injuries resulting from tree or rock climbing, use of camp fires in approved fire ring or Tenant’s use of appliances including any use of propane or charcoal grills.
3. USE: The Tenant shall not allow the Property to be used for any business, professional or unlawful purposes. House trailers and recreational vehicles are not permitted on the Property. There shall be no alterations of the Property and no fixtures. The Tenant affirms that he/she is at least twenty five years of age and minors will not occupy the property unless an adult is present. Unreasonable noise or disturbance by the Tenant may result in immediate eviction.
4. USE OF WOOD STOVE: Use of any wood stove on property is prohibited without the express written consent of the Owner.
