A nossa casa muito bem decorados, é o local prefeito para base para explorar tudo o que Ilha Grande tem para oferecer. As melhores praias estão a poucos minutos de unidades! Casa é ao lado de Waikoloa Village Golf ea uma curta distância para o mercado e restaurantes.

Esta casa é app. Espaço de vida 2000sf on13000sf terra, com quartos em plano aberto que têm tectos abobadados, luzes do céu, e muito espaço para todos. É dentro de uma pequena cul-del-sac com muita privacidade. Um grande va sombreada virado para o jardim da frente e tem espaço de sobra para relaxar, jantar ou desfrutar aquela xícara de café da manhã.

Os hóspedes têm acesso a toda a propriedade além de acesso gratuito à piscina vila natação e campo de ténis. Os hóspedes podem jogar golfe no campo de golfe da vila com desconto de residente. Inquilinos cartões para as amenidades aldeia será fornecido para você.

A Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful and enjoyable time in the Big Island with our family. The owner's beautiful cozy home is very relaxing and ideal to our group of 6 adults. It is everything we expected and more. Great location to everywhere we went, from beaches to the many sightseeing trips we did. This place is truly a home away from home. Mei is very helpful and replies quickly. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and will surely get our 5 star recommendation to friends.

Lovely tropical villa with plenty of room

First let me give you a bit of background about my family and our expectations. We are a family of 8 with 6 of us being young adults, we live in a beautiful waterfront home in Canada. We are busy, love to cook, explore and play together. This home was perfect for us.

Although it wasn't beach front, we wanted to explore the island and the location was perfect: an easy drive to the beach, Kona and the southern coast, an hour to Mauna Kea, Ponolu Valley, Waipo Valley, and Hilo further to Puna and Volcano but all doable as a day trip. There is a fantastic little grocery store/plaza within minutes of the house. Of course we got most of of groceries at Costco but we made a daily trip to the KTA to get the smaller stuff.

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a queen sized hide-a-bed. The beds were comfortable...I'm picky and I'd give them a 7 out of 10. The bed linens are so soft and luxurious.

For a family of 8 we could have used a third bathroom but with the layout of the master bath and the outside shower we managed quite well.

The kitchen was very well equipped and very clean. I always travel with my favourite kitchen utensils and I didn't need to bring them out at all. There is plenty of counter space for food prep and although the ad states the table sits 6, it comfortable sits 8.

The very large garage has a ping pong table, clothes line, laundry sink and tons of beach paraphernalia...chairs, matts, boogie boards, flippers and lots of beach towels.

There's a nice laundry room off the kitchen and plenty of linens/towels in the closets.

There is a lovey covered lanai with lots of seating and a nice BBQ. The yard is small but there is a grassy area in a lovely garden.

The owner was very responsive to any requests and provided excellent details for checkin and checkout. The house is well maintained and the owner obviously takes a lot of pride in it. We really couldn't have asked for better.

The only negative about this property is the traffic. We come from a very quiet secluded area with absolutely no traffic. I'm sure that most people would find the road noise perfectly normal but it took us a few nights to adjust.

Comfortable Local Home

We were here for 2 weeks and there were a few things “wrong” that could have been caught in a pre-inspection or post inspection by the property manager – ie: burnt out bulbs, broken shower head, dirty counters, broken screens, broken dvd, etc. Regardless, we reported them to Mei once we were back and were assured they were being fixed or on list to be fixed in 2018. Mei was extremely pleasant to work/speak with. We were not interested in being disturbed for contractors/Property manager to come in while we were there so we waited to report issues.

House faces cul-de-sac, but back of house faces the main street in/out of village so traffic can be “noisy” if windows are left open for both bedrooms. Note that only outdoor usable space is the lanai that faces street and Property Manager house. Lanai is completely covered too. Note for weather conscious visitors - House got a little muggy even with ceiling fans and box fans going as cross breeze is not an option with window layout and no AC.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would not stay here again as we got tired of doing the 8 miles (one way) drive down the 1 lane road to the coast or up to the junction at 190 to do or go anywhere. We are annual visitors and prefer to be closer to Aneaeho’omalu Beach area – more time on beach and less in car. Location is 8 miles from Queen’s Market area (location of other restaurants/grocery store), 12 mi from Puako beach, 19 miles from Waimea and 25 miles from Kona airport.

House is well equipped with everything you can want though! Ping Pong table in garage, beach accessories available, etc. allow for all the comforts of home. Wild turkeys visits were the hit of our stay here!

Resposta do proprietário: Hi Michelle, Thanks for your feedback of our property. we won't have known that the guest bath shower head was broken, and the light bulbs were not working until you told us. I wish you told our property manager so she could arrange a fix right the way so that you would have a better experience. Our plumber did fix the shower head within four hours after the problem was reported, and a new Blu-Ray/DVD player is in the house already. We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable & spacious home for our guests, and as our over 100 5-star reviews show (including 85 5-star reviews from other listing sites such as airbnb), most guests think we hit the mark (the three groups of guests came after your departure gave us 5-star reviews as well). We're sorry to hear that in your case, we fell short. While we do try to keep our home fresh and updated continuously. Some problem is hard to discover by visual inspection until guests told us. We'll keep trying in that regard, and appreciate the feedback. Our property manager Kathy and her husband Henri are such a nice couple that so many guests love. They do live across the street but with good distance. They always leave the complete privacy to guests and only offer help when the guests need. Many of our guests enjoy chatting with them to get tips about local attractions, since they both have lived on the island for more than 40 years. However, you don't need to interact with them at all just as you chose to do, and they respected that. Staying on the beach hotel is fabulous, but that doesn't come without a steep price hike. In our house, with a fraction of the hotel and restaurant price, family and friends can stay under the same roof and cook their own gourmet meals, and have all the extra space to unwind. That's why so many of our guests appreciate our house and don't mind to drive the few miles down to beach. Again, we value your feedback and will keep improving. I wish you a Happy New Year! Beautiful and comfortable home

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. It was perfect for our group of 6. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect base for being able to explore the rest of the Big Island. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Thank you Mei and Kathy for your hospitality.

Excellent vacation home!

We stayed here with two other couples and had a blast. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. All you could ever need. We were so at home we choose to eat in both nights and just unwind. We would love to return. Excellent value with many thoughtful touches.
