Nosso condomínio recém-atualizado está localizado na comunidade de South Seas Club. Nossa unidade tem uma bela vista para a praia e para a piscina estilo resort. Condomínio inclui nova pintura toda, casas de banho recém-atualizados e cozinha. A decoração relaxante, com mobiliário novo confortáveis, inclui um sofá-cama queen size na sala de estar para os hóspedes adicionais. O quarto principal tem uma cama king size e banheiro privativo em suite. Todos os quartos têm acesso directo à 37 'Lanai. Lanai está mobilada com mesas ao ar livre e sala de jantar. TV de tela plana, internet sem fio e cabo são fornecidos.

South Seas Club é um condomínio fechado e oferece tênis, aluguel de Doca de Barcos e Instalações Exercite-se na propriedade.

Good location, unit needs work

Good location right on the beach. The condo has supposedly been renovated but its more like coat of paint. Kitchen needs renovation and supplies available are very minimal. Old beat up microwave and coffee maker You wouldn't be able to make dinner or even a salad and only 2 people can have wine. AC unit had a very poor filter and caused allergy issues while we were there. All the mattresses are very soft and sag in the middle. The best part of the unit was the balcony which was in shade until 4pm and gave you a view of the pool and beautiful sunsets. Perfect for younger people who just want a place to drop their stuff and lay their head at night. Long term stays are painful (back pain with mattresses) and frustrating.

Enjoyed our Stay!

This was a nice unit overlooking the pool, but know that it is on the shaded side of the tower during January. So no sunning on the balcony during that time of year, but it does have a great view of the pool and Tigertail Beach. You could even see the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. There was a bit of noise during the day from hurricane repairs going on at various units around the complex, but that's understandable given the number of units that were damaged. Hopefully that will be over with in a few more months. The unit itself is very spacious, and was neat and clean. The WiFi was slow and dropped out a lot, but it's possible that was problems with the internet provider. The A/C was also noticeably loud when the compressor was running, to the point of having to adjust the television volume up and down to compensate. Beds were fine, living room furniture is okay but not exactly comfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this unit and highly recommend it for Marco getaways! P.S. Cheryl was very responsive to our needs during our stay, she was great!

Great condo

This unit was very nice and had all the necessities to make your visit a pleasant one. The walk to the beach is a little far, but well worth it! Cherly was very nice and easy to work with.

Beachfront Condo

My husband, 21 yr old daughter and I just spent a glorious week in Cheryl's very comfortable, perfectly located condo. We had everything we needed, especially beautifully new and large beach towels, the beach cart equipped with beach chairs, sun umbrella and cooler to make our walk to the beach almost effortless. We love the location because it is a quieter end of Marco Beach and we can see the entire 3.5 miles of beach which we loved to walk each day. The location of the property is immediately adjacent to Tigertail Beach which makes it possible to walk in the opposite direction where there are no hotels, condos or other commercial development. There is just nature: Birds and dolphins to watch, shells to collect and quiet serenity.

Cheryl was a pleasure to "do business with" because I always received answers to my questions and important information in a timely fashion. Her condo is fresh and clean and comfortably furnished. The balcony is very long and contained outdoor furniture to seat six people, a small round glass dining table as well as two other small "end tables" and still plenty of room to walk around. The kitchen is adequately supplied for cooking and eating in. The bedrooms and the shared spaces are nicely furnished and uncluttered. We enjoyed being on the 4th floor because it was possible to use the stairs if we did not feel like waiting for an elevator or just wanted to get a little additional exercise.

We definitely hope to rent this condo again!!

A few improvements would make this property much better

Owner is very responsive, and condo was adequate with comfortable beds and basic equipment. One drawback is a heavy smoker in a nearby condo whose smoke makes the hallway smell, and occasionally there is a faint smell of smoke in this condo too. For a non-smoking condo, this is a problem, though probably out of the control of the owner. The building management should do something. This condo would be much better with more and brighter lamps, blinds rather than just sheers in the second bedroom and a little more kitchen equipment for anyone who wants to do any cooking. Having a Gulf view and being able to watch the sunset are lovely and the furniture was comfortable.
