We had a very lovely (9 day) stay, at this rental. The owner was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owner, who gave us a tour of the house, pointing out areas of interest, such as where items were located, appliances, electrical panel..etc! The rooms where very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, paper towels and more. Being that we were there in Sept, the weather was perfect. No big need for air conditioning, but upper rooms did have window units which were sufficient for a good night's sleep. Plenty of fans and opened windows supplied a nice breeze throughout the house. Everyone enjoyed the use of plenty of televisions throughout and use of internet service, made it easy to conduct business. The kids enjoyed trying to net crabs, that swam in the backyard (bay). Across the street was the private beach, to swim. We even took advantage of using the beach club rights down the street. Make sure to bring your camera because you will want to take lots of photos. We took the opportunity to enjoy eating clams and oysters, which were supplied right off the owner's boat. What a huge hit. Many nights we sat around the campfire outside, at night and ate them, along with hot dogs, burgers and chicken, which we grilled from their gas grill they supplied. We even saved room for s'mores. This was truly a very memorable vacation for us, our children and grandchildren. We will definitely be coming back.
