"Claire's Rendezvous" is conveniently located mid-island and at the turn of Butler Avenue. This townhome is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and parks. This home is one of the few vacation rentals on Tybee with direct beach access from the townhome. The ground level deck has a large hot tub and a gas grill
While staying at "Claire's," you will enjoy watching a Tybee sunrise from your living room, dining table, main bedroom, or from one of the oceanfront decks overlooking the Atlantic ocean.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy meals at the oceanview dining table or dine on the middle floor deck overlooking the ocean.
BEDROOM 1-The Oceanfront main suite (top floor) features a king bed and fabulous Ocean views from each window, plus a private bath with an oversized Jacuzzi. This suite has a private uncovered oceanfront deck.
BEDROOM 2-The second bedroom is also located on the top floor of this townhome. This bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom.
BEDROOM 3-The third bedroom is off the main (middle) floor and features a queen bed. There is a half bathroom across the hallway that is easily accessible. A stand-up shower room is located on the ground entry-level.

Wedding weekend

The exterior was in dire need of maintenance and upkeep. We were more than a little concerned when we pulled up, but were pleasantly surprised by the interior though. It was clean and most importantly did not have any smells. The views were amazing and the king bed was very comfortable with nice crisp sheets.

Awesome location. 1st time to Tybee

You walk into a wow view! The home is lovely and the rooms were airy and bright and decorated well. The coastal decor was really charming and ample furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with many of the basics. To the owners, thank you for being pet friendly. Our 2 dogs are family and we were so happy to find such a nice home to have them with us! The bedding was awesome and very clean and smelled fresh. The baby gates were a surprise and came in handy. The garage is huge and was great to have. We did not use the hot tub. Our gentle constructive criticism would be that the landscaping is really poor. The trees, brush, fencing, and ground covers havent been cared for at all. We would 100% stay here again. Ty again for allowing our dogs!!!

Wedding

This location is wonderful!! We stayed five nights for a wedding. Can’t beat the beach view. The only thing that we had an issue with was you can’t park a golf cart in front of the house because its on a highway that carts aren’t allowed on. They have three red lights that you can cross over into different parts of the island for golf carts. Very golf cart friendly town!! We had so much fun. We parked the cart a half a block away and walked back to the condo which was no problem whatsoever! Only other issue is it technically a three-story house so get ready to climb some stairs but my 80 year old brother-in-law had no problem with it!! It is a great spot for any kind of vacation!! Highly recommended
