This property is everything and more! I've been to LA a handful of times and have always stayed in hotels. This time under good advisement of a friend I decided to check out the properties of VRBO and was pleasantly surprised. I loved everything about the property, location, and the hospitality of the owners. They really know how to make you feel comfortable while being away from home. I loved that we were provided with a welcome packet offering suggestions for restaurants, markets, shops, and sights to see while in town. It was lovely to stay here and we will plan to stay again on our next visit!
Traveling has become increasingly stressful these days.... noise, long lines, unpredictable hospitality, remembering to pack phone chargers, the right clothing, photo cards, computers etc etc etc
So arriving at this HomeAway is truly a respite. I met owner Ken and his warmth and hospitality are reflected in this homeaway.
A great location in Studio City.. pleasantly comfortable decor with good light from many windows, an easily accessed and safe parking space for my car rental. Hostess Helen and her staff are responsive and helpful from the moment they receive my email inquiry and should there be any small travel mishap or last minute requests, Helen responds immediately with a pleasant demeanor and efficiency.
I really appreciate the special edible treats attractively arranged and left for guests upon our arrival (fruit, bottled water, cookies) to fight off hunger from an airline and car rental business that offers minimal hospitality. I also appreciate some basic trial size toiletries to fill in for the things I inevitably forget to pack and the well written travel information that covers places to shop , travel and medical needs etc etc.,
I come to LA 3 times a year alone, or with various adult family members to visit grandchildren and family living close by in North Hollywood.
I can cook in the well designed kitchen or even better, do it LA style and walk across the street for a great breakfast at Cafe Aroma and then a short drive to a great dance class at Blank Studios in Sherman Oaks, before I report for my duty and pleasure as grandmother babysitter - there is a lovely, private outdoor shaded space to enjoy the weather if you enjoy that kind of experience ( which i do).
On a last note, LA is a noisy and congested town. This home away has some street noise but nothing that my sensitive ears cannot easily handle...

This beautiful condo is exactly as described in this listing. It is spacious, clean, and very modern. The location is in a quiet neighborhood just one block from some lovely breakfast and lunch options with an easy to use parking spot. The kitchen was well stocked and Helen even had a basket of fresh fruit and small snacks waiting for me upon arrival. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
We (3) were here to attend a family wedding. Excellent location between Burbank and Hollywood where the celebrations were taking place. We were familiar with the area since we had visited many times. Great little neighbourhood to get morning coffee, lunch or even the best Mexican food for take out at the corner! My son decided to come at the last minute and a cot and bedding was delivered ( at a small cost). The home was extremely well stocked right down to make up remover and sewing kit. We cannot say enough about this VRBO. Will defintely be back!
We spent 9 nights here while my brother was recovering from a serious surgery. The home is wonderful, the owner is delightful and Helen was very conscientious. We couldn't have asked for more lovely surroundings and everything is thought out and provided. There was even a welcome basket of fruit, water, and a huge amount of toiletries. The location was also very nice. I can't say enough wonderful things about this lovely home away from home. As someone else had said, it is even more beautiful than in the pictures.
What a beautiful, clean, well appointed rental! We loved staying here with our two young children. Everything we needed was there, including rollaway, high chair and lots of space. Terrific location, parking, owner on site and very friendly. Helen great to work with as well. Can't wait to return (and we certainly will).

Localização tranquila no andar de cima na parte traseira de um charmoso edifício de 4 unidade apenas 1 minuto a pé de lojas e restaurantes locais e nosso favorito ... o Aroma Cafe.
2 quartos, cada um com camas queen size e lençóis de luxo. Recentemente remodelado banheiro travertino tem uma banheira e chuveiro ea cozinha totalmente equipada também foi recentemente remodelada com bancadas de granito e utensílios de aço inoxidável.
Internet sem fios, TV satélite, lavadora e secadora, ar condicionado central e calor e de parqueamento para 1 carro.
Piscina pública local está a poucos quarteirões de distância. Acesso à freeway conveniente para levá-lo onde quer que mais você quer ir de nossa localização central ..... Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles Zoo, Griffith Observatory, Getty Museum, centro de Los Angeles, Disney Concert Hall, Kodak Theater, (casa do Oscar) , Burbank Equestrian Center, NBC e muitos outros estúdios todos de fácil acesso.
