Demita-se para a próxima porta a mulher de Baker para o seu café da manhã e caminhar uma quadra para a nossa mais bela caminhada da placa que leva você para fora da famosa casa de luz grande do abrigo e das praias. Perfect Place!

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was perfect! I loved that the condo had a rear entrance--so our car was parked right as we walked outside. We've stayed in condos where the entrance is in the front of the building and you have to walk all the way around the block to get to your car. That might not sound like a big deal, but when you're getting home from a day at the beach with two sleepy kids, it's nice to have a short walk to your front door.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of shades in the bedrooms. But we improvised and were able to make it work! We loved sitting out on the deck too. I especially enjoyed the short walk to my morning coffee in the piano factory!

Sholeh, the owner, could not be nicer. She was wonderful to work with and it was great knowing she or one of her really helpful assistants were right downstairs if we needed anything. Thanks, Sholeh!!

Very cute ... great location in town.., close to everything. Would be helpful to have printed directions for tv and some dishwasher soap and perhaps tissues. Might think about room darkening shades for bedrooms. Very bright very early.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment in downtown Grand Haven! The location is amazing. We chose an apartment over staying in a hotel because I wanted an extra bedroom for our toddler so that he could nap separately while we hung out, watched TV, etc. You cannot beat this location. It is in the heart of downtown, literally everything is just steps away! The beach was walkable, however we drove there daily. We loved also having the parking spot behind the apartment--everything was so convenient! The apartment was much larger than I pictured. The bedrooms were good sized and the living room was huge. The pictures are great but don't do it justice!

We could hear the fountain music nightly but it was never bothersome and would not have been loud enough to wake our son up.

We only had a few things that were considered "downsides": there were no paper towels in the apartment. I didn't see an alternatives like cloth napkins or dish towels either (though there were a few placemats). The back bedroom had bamboo blinds only and when the lights are on, everyone outside can see right in. They also didn't block out the morning light so we woke up pretty early every day. Lastly, there was a picture in the listing for a coffee maker with coffee next to it in a little basket, and when we arrived, I saw the coffee maker... And an empty basket! It wasn't a super big deal, but either me or my husband had to run downstairs and across the street to the little coffee shop every morning to grab coffee. On the upside, we got to try lots of different local coffees--Aldea was our favorite!

The owner was very helpful. We had a slight issue with the people renting the other apartment next to ours having 2 large dogs that were barking a LOT when we first arrived. I texted the owner and she contacted them right away and we didn't have any further problems.

I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully stay for longer next time! This was a great family getaway.

Resposta do proprietário: Thank you for staying at Down to earth Place, Thank you for bringing the issues to our attention,because the issue is not that we didn't have the dish towel and the coffee in the apartment the issue is our new cleaning service after cleaning the apartment forgot to place new dish cloth and new coffee back in the basket . regarding the window covering ,I will make sure to look for a better alternative for the bedroom window covering. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice, furnished well and had a great location. If we needed anything, the owner was very accommodating.

Excellent affordable place to stay downtown

The property was spacious and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed having the balcony that opened up to the main road downtown Grand Haven and being centrally located with dining, shops, trolley, and the musical fountain. The owner works at the shop right below the apartment which is handy if you need anything at all. Excellent place to stay and a great deal with a weekly price with all the amenities offered!
