This home also offers added amenities such as a washer/dryer, a mini-split AC unit located in dining/kitchen area, enclosed outdoor shower and even a couple of beach chairs for your enjoyment. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes and Cleaning Fee of $150.00.
