Esta casa recém-renovado (half-duplex) está em um dos bairros mais elegantes e mais convenientemente localizados em Denver. A 2BR / 1BA com uma cama de casal no quarto principal e uma de casal (120 centímetros de largura) Murphy Bed / recepção no segundo. Eu moro na outra metade do duplex, embora eles são casas completamente independentes. Há um trampolim e uma área de jardim / churrasco adorável out back compartilhado pelas duas unidades.
A uma quadra do centro de Santa Fe Arts District de Denver. Apenas uma milha do centro da cidade. Muitas galerias de arte, restaurantes e cervejarias. Não muito longe do light-rail, e principais linhas de ônibus a um quarteirão de distância.
O quintal tem um belo jardim, com abundância de comestíveis. Você está convidado a fazer uma salada, e eu pode pedir-lhe para regar um dos plantadores uma ou duas vezes se a sua estadia é longo. A casa é profissionalmente limpos antes e depois de cada estadia e duas vezes por mês durante todo o ano, por isso vai ser sempre limpo e arrumado, mas há uma taxa de limpeza $ 50 com cada estadia, independentemente da duração.
House was in great condition, very clean. Backyard area really something special with the trampoline. Would stay again.
We spent a week in Denver during GABF. The property was conveniently located to public transportation (RTD Bus) so renting a car was not a necessity as we were able to get around easily. The place was a little cozy but it definitely served us well. Well equipped kitchen. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely consider staying here again.
We had a great time staying at Tony's place. It was very comfortable and had great access to all of Denver and Colorado. The murphy bed was great for our 6 year old daughter and all the amenities were very nice. Only draw backs were that the outside was unkempt and the trampoline seemed to be infested with wasps. We just stayed away from those. We were in walking distance of a few places and there was always parking close to the house.
I stayed at the Inca St. house while searching for a more permanent place of residency when I relocated to the Denver area from Texas. Tony was one of the most hospitable and generous hosts I've come across throughout my entire time using these vacation home/apt rentals. It really helped make my transition during the month and half so much easier. I was able to focus on work, which was a nice 20 min stroll over to the downtown area, or about a $6-$10 uber ride. I loved the neighborhood because it wasn't a tourist trap type place, but I still had access to all that if I wanted.... great awesome LOCAL coffee shops, food, and art galleries all within the 1 mi. radius. If you're looking for a great place to stay to get a taste of what local Denver is, I'd recommend this place anyday!
Nice place in a neighborhood that is very hip. Bedrooms are small, and one has a fold down Murphy bed. Backyard is a little unkempt but has a nice seating area, hammock and grill for guest use. Owner very responsive and accommodative. Easy access to highway but nice quiet street. we were always able to find street parking in front of the building.
loved the house and the veggie garden in back. very interesting neighborhood with restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, vintage stores. landlord responsive to requests but sensitive about privacy since he lives next-door.

The cleaning service does not have much time to clean the property after one group of guests leaves and before the next guests arrive. On the morning of your departure, please wash dishes, and collect trash. Recyclables go in the purple bin out back, while trash goes in the dumpsters in the alley. We expect normal cleaning and signs of use, but if there is excessive cleaning to be done, the cleaning service may charge extra fees against the security deposit.
