Tudo sobre este apartamento é top de linha, primeira classe e impecavelmente limpos. É construção nova e projetado pelo manual de Glas, uma das principais arquiteto de Nova Iorque. Duas suítes dispõem de casa de banho privada com novos lençóis e toalhas de grife. Camas e colchões (king size) é novo como é todo o mobiliário, revestimentos de pavimentos e acessórios.

Cozinha é todos os novos aparelhos Miele e desenhista decorados. Perfeito para um jantar privado ou de entretenimento.

Há uma esplanada pavimentada grande e completamente privado directamente localizada fora da cozinha / sala de estar e em que nível. O terraço 650 pés quadrados oferece novo, todo clima estofado Gloster móveis, cadeiras de jantar para 6 em uma antiguidade, na tabela colocada-romana, e uma paisagem profissional. Correspondentes fontes de água e luzes de adicionar uma sensação de tranqüilidade e paz para a definição.

Loved our stay

Getting here from LGA: Took about 20-25 min to get a cab, we arrived about 3:15ish. Then about an hr to get to the condo with the stop off at the Yale club to pick up the keys. FYI - there are 2 desks at the Yale club when you walk in. The 1st is more of an info desk, the 2nd, which is like a hotel check-in desk is off to the right, that's the one you want. The condo is very well marked & easy to find off Lexington between 30th & 29th streets. As everyone says, the condo is EXACTLY like the pictures.

The living room & kitchen are very comfortable. The patio is just for you - It's very roomy & a peaceful respite in the concrete jungle of NYC.

Bedrooms - Even though the bathroom is nicer on the 1st floor we chose the bedroom on the 2nd floor for a few reasons - 1) The downstairs bedroom is by the building's front door which buzzes when people enter & leave the building. 2) The bedroom window is right on Lexington which is a pretty busy, noisy street. 3) the upstairs bedroom has beautiful floor to ceiling windows that look Over the patio.

The mattresses are firm but VERY comfortable - we slept GREAT here.

The bath towels are very soft!

There are lots of hangers in the closets. There's also plenty of extra blankets & pillows.

For groceries there is a Trader Joe's on 3rd ave a black away. We preferred Fairways on 30th & 2nd. There's a cart in the main floor closet to help you carry your groceries.

We cooked dinner in the condo 1 night. There is a grill on the patio. If you want to use it, check the propane 1st. It ran out on us. The owner helped us find a creative solution.

There are many restaurants close by. We had good pizza & salad at Vezzo's - they stay open a little later. There are many Indian food options.

We saw several broadway plays during our visit & just walked - 1.2 miles one way.

Subway is easy to get to - 1 block away on Park avenue. Recommend you download the helpful NYC Subway app.

The owner is gracious & wonderful to work with.

Be sure to check you have your keys anytime you leave the condo. 1 time we didn't & it was a challenge for us & the owner. It all worked out.

We LOVED the location & would DEFINITELY consider staying here again if back in the area. Highly recommend.

FYI - our cab rate to the airport was less than what uber would've charged. Download the Arro app that's similar to uber's app to pay your taxi fares. So easy to use. Our cabs were clean & drivers were nice.

Great Place!

This is a fantastic little apartment, perfectly suited for two couples. Very quiet, peaceful and private. It includes two master bedrooms with ensuite, a galley kitchen, living room, dining area and a very cute private patio. In the immediate area you can buy groceries at Trader Joe's or one of the small fruit and vegetable stands or small convenience stores. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, many of which are Indian......we really enjoyed Chote Nawab just a block away.

One master bedroom is on the main floor and faces out to the street. This room was very quiet and privacy was never an issue. The 2nd master is on the second floor. The unit is very well equipped and the owner is quick to respond to inquiries. We would definitely return in the future and have no problem recommending this unit to anyone.

Subway stations are a couple of blocks away. We chose to walk to broadway shows some 30-40 minutes away but you could use subway or taxi. Easy to get wherever you want to visit.

Perfect Manhattan getaway!

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. In a perfect location in Midtown East this apartment was walking distance from many of the places we wanted to go. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. Bed was super comfortable. The weather was gorgeous and we really appreciated the outdoor seating area. From beginning to end dealing with Livingston was a pleasure. We would definitely return!

Well-appointed 2 BR in Murray Hill

Our party of 4 recently spent four nights here. The location is prime, as we had easy walks to Madison Square Garden, the Empire State Building, Maialino at the Gramercy Park Hotel, etc. If you're not familiar, the building is just east of Park Ave. and the neighborhood has easily accessible markets, coffee shops and restaurants.

The condo is as pictured, with a king suite on the ground floor and another in a very private lofted area. Great for 2 couples or a small family. Unfortunately it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the private courtyard, but like everything else in this condo it is first-rate. We've visited the city many times and stayed everywhere from the Park down to Soho. This was our best experience by far, and the owner was a gracious and attentive host to boot.

Fantastic location and so much more

Prior to our New York vacation, we spent many hours and days searching for just the right place to stay. We were looking for two bedrooms with king size beds, two bathrooms, a common kitchen/living area, private deck, great location, above average quality, newer construction and fair pricing. Not such an easy combination to find we realized after viewing way too many sites and listings to count. Livingston's condo was the clear choice - so much so, that we changed the timing of our getaway to coincide with an opening in the calendar. As shown in the photos and reflected in the many five star reviews, the condo is beautifully done, very comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor terrace is truly "stunning" and a wonderful extension of the main living area. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance of "must see" landmarks (e.g. Empire State and Chrysler Buildings, Grand Central Station, Flatiron District to name a few). Cab and car service parking space at the front of the building was an extra bonus as was the short walk to a subway station. Several markets nearby and lots of great restaurants within steps or a very short walk (Vino Tapa at the top of our list). From the first point of contact through to the end of our stay, Livingston was great at staying in touch at just the right time and just the right amount. As a group of two couples who wanted to explore Manhattan for the first time and have lots of time to visit and catch up, Livingston's condo was absolutely perfect for our six day stay. We have and will continue to recommend this listing to others and would love to come back one day. Thanks again Livingston!
