Tudo sobre este apartamento é o topo da linha, de primeira classe e impecavelmente limpo. É uma nova construção e projetada pela Manual Glas, um dos principais arquitetos de Nova York. Dois quartos principais apresentam casas de banho privativas com roupas de cama e toalhas de designer novas. Camas e colchões (king size) são novos, assim como todos os móveis, revestimentos para pavimentos e acessórios.

Cozinha é tudo novo Miele aparelhos e designer decorados. Perfeito para refeições privadas ou entretenimento.

Existe um terraço pavimentado grande e completamente privado localizado diretamente fora da cozinha / sala de estar e nesse nível. Wow! What an amazing place with a great location...

This experience was amazing start to finished as Livingston Miller was a very communicative host was willing to make everything perfect. If you're looking to the New York experience with the ability to go back to a beautiful place and relax this is the place to do it. Walking distance to the metro and you're off an running amongst the fast paced New York lifestyle.

I would recommend this property to anyone doubting the price per night as it is well worth it!

Big City Perfection

The perfect hub for our family of four! Great location in the city for all of our site-seeing plans and plenty of space to unwind in at the end of each busy day. The garden was especially relaxing and restorative after a fast-paced day of city life. The design of the apartment is on point, with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of overall space and lovely linens, including the BEST towels I have ever encountered in a rental by a mile. Thank you, Livingston, for your hospitality and dining tips! Would love to return sometime!

Perfect Sanctuary in NYC

We loved everything about this place...location, easy access, VERY clean, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, fantastic condo layout with high-end music system and outdoor patio that truly was a bit of paradise in a busy city. Felt like more of a neighborhood feel than some of the other busy districts we visited during our trip. Many wonderful restaurants 1-2 blocks away...loved Penelope's just 2 doors down!; iTrulli, Vezzo pizza, Norma's Italian restaurant, Le Pain Quotidien on Madison Ave by the Met...and many others! Livingston very responsive to any questions we had; met us the first night to show us around. Being our first trip to NYC we did many of the tourist highlights...some favorites were 911 Memorial, Met Museum, Broadway Show, Bar65 at Top of the Rock (make reservations) and would highly recommend Classic Harbor Line, the AIANY Around Manhattan Boat Tour...really the highlight of our trip! Thank you Livingston for sharing your lovely Manhattan home.

Very comfortable home away from home

The apartment was very comfortably furnished and well appointed. The terrace was a particular treat. We were two couples sharing the apartment and the facilities were perfect. It provided an oasis of calm in a noisy and hectic city. The position was great for exploring the city and was well placed for lots of walking.

The owner was very responsive to our needs and enquiries and was very personable. Who could ask for more 😊?

Loved our stay

Getting here from LGA: Took about 20-25 min to get a cab, we arrived about 3:15ish. Then about an hr to get to the condo with the stop off at the Yale club to pick up the keys. FYI - there are 2 desks at the Yale club when you walk in. The 1st is more of an info desk, the 2nd, which is like a hotel check-in desk is off to the right, that's the one you want. The condo is very well marked & easy to find off Lexington between 30th & 29th streets. As everyone says, the condo is EXACTLY like the pictures.

The living room & kitchen are very comfortable. The patio is just for you - It's very roomy & a peaceful respite in the concrete jungle of NYC.

Bedrooms - Even though the bathroom is nicer on the 1st floor we chose the bedroom on the 2nd floor for a few reasons - 1) The downstairs bedroom is by the building's front door which buzzes when people enter & leave the building. 2) The bedroom window is right on Lexington which is a pretty busy, noisy street. 3) the upstairs bedroom has beautiful floor to ceiling windows that look Over the patio.

The mattresses are firm but VERY comfortable - we slept GREAT here.

The bath towels are very soft!

There are lots of hangers in the closets. There's also plenty of extra blankets & pillows.

For groceries there is a Trader Joe's on 3rd ave a black away. We preferred Fairways on 30th & 2nd. There's a cart in the main floor closet to help you carry your groceries.

We cooked dinner in the condo 1 night. There is a grill on the patio. If you want to use it, check the propane 1st. It ran out on us. The owner helped us find a creative solution.

There are many restaurants close by. We had good pizza & salad at Vezzo's - they stay open a little later. There are many Indian food options.

We saw several broadway plays during our visit & just walked - 1.2 miles one way.

Subway is easy to get to - 1 block away on Park avenue. Recommend you download the helpful NYC Subway app.

The owner is gracious & wonderful to work with.

Be sure to check you have your keys anytime you leave the condo. 1 time we didn't & it was a challenge for us & the owner. It all worked out.

We LOVED the location & would DEFINITELY consider staying here again if back in the area. Highly recommend.

FYI - our cab rate to the airport was less than what uber would've charged. Download the Arro app that's similar to uber's app to pay your taxi fares. So easy to use. Our cabs were clean & drivers were nice.

Great Place!

This is a fantastic little apartment, perfectly suited for two couples. Very quiet, peaceful and private. It includes two master bedrooms with ensuite, a galley kitchen, living room, dining area and a very cute private patio. In the immediate area you can buy groceries at Trader Joe's or one of the small fruit and vegetable stands or small convenience stores. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, many of which are Indian......we really enjoyed Chote Nawab just a block away.

One master bedroom is on the main floor and faces out to the street. This room was very quiet and privacy was never an issue. The 2nd master is on the second floor. The unit is very well equipped and the owner is quick to respond to inquiries. We would definitely return in the future and have no problem recommending this unit to anyone.

Subway stations are a couple of blocks away. We chose to walk to broadway shows some 30-40 minutes away but you could use subway or taxi. Easy to get wherever you want to visit.
