The unit is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay or work trip to Oahu. Full complement of dishes, kitchen gear, linens. Main bedrooms feature Cal King beds with fantastic memory foam mattress. 2 brand new (2021) queen beds in the upstairs guest bedroom. Just bring your clothes and a toothbrush!

The upstairs master has room to relax on your own private lanai with a view of the Disney Aulani or get in a few rounds of golf at the award winning Ko Olina Golf course or a massage at the new Four Seasons Resort at Ko Olina! (fees apply)

You won't want to leave, but if you do, Costco, Safeway, Target are just a few miles up the road. Pearl Harbor & Waikiki are a short 30 minute drive and the North Shore surfing spots are about an hour. Ko Olina has the best beach on Oahu, golf, a marina and fabulous restaurants.

Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Schofield, Tripler Hospital and many Oahu military installations are within a short commute. We've hosted lots of military families while they transition to Oahu using their TLA, TLE or BAH on TDY or PCS. Please contact us for a custom military quote.

Please note, although the MAX occupancy is 6, the villa is best suited for a single group of 6 as there is only room for 1 rental vehicle (vs several couples or multiple individual adults).  Absolutely no street parking or use of neighborhood 'guest' parking. Your entire group may only have ONE vehicle onsite. No work vehicles (with logos/signage) allowed. No oversized trucks/vans.

The Lanihonua Villas are beautiful and we want our guest's stays to be relaxing and carefree. In order for all guests to enjoy their stay to the fullest, we do have some rules for all guests including:

UPDATES:
BBQ on all lanais in Ko Olina Kai have been removed (per Hawaii Fire code). BBQs are available at the Pool.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire villa except for the following owner's areas: Garage is locked and not available for guest use except to access trash and store a provided beach wagon w/4 chairs. Guests will park 1 regular size vehicle on the driveway. Utility cabinet in the kitchen & utility closet under the stairs are locked.

EVENTS:
No 'events' can be held at the property (ie if you are coming to attend a wedding or family reunion, no events can be held at the unit other than for those guests that are on the rental agreement)

OCCUPANCY:
3br: Max total guests: 6 total (including infants/children)

PARKING:
The units have 1 parking spot for a rental car, no additional free overnight parking is available (anywhere in Ko Olina - this means you'll need a vehicle that seats your entire party as you can only have one vehicle). You can contact the Ko Olina Golf Club re: the potential of renting an additional spot (approx .4 mile from the villas) but we make no guarantee of availability.

RESTRICTIONS
This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

Only 6 guests are allowed at the pool at any one time (only 2 pool cards and must sign in with unit #)

No pets of any kind

No smoking anywhere on the property (both inside and outside on either lanai/grassy area, garage, walkways, pool, etc - do not book if anyone in your group smokes or vapes!!!) Medicinal use of marijuana may not be smoked or vaped anywhere within the entire Ko Olina Kai complex including at/in the property. See your medical provider for a prescription for edibles or tinctures if you require medicinal cannabis.

Cameras: We have the following cameras onsite that record video/audio/still images:

Ring doorbell camera (exterior facing only) records audio and video to secure the property when vacant and can be used to verify occupancy, rule compliance (smoking/pets).

Ideal place for family vacation
Fantastic property with everything you would need for a family holiday. Hosts were amazing with their thoughtfulness and care in making sure we were set up for our stay and you can tell that they are truly proud to share their home with us. The golf buggy was an ideal way to get around Ko olina and even without the buggy, beach was only 10-15 min walk through the golf course shortcut. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

Hawaii fun
The home is beautiful. Very well appointed. Everything we needed for our family of 7. The owner was very responsive to all of our issues. Issue 1 no ice maker. Owner volunterred to refund for large bag of ice. Issue 2 ac did not work for 3 nights. Owner called in someone to repair it. Thank you for fixing it but it felt strange that we were being watched remotely by our ac use and the doorbell camera. The owner turned down the ac one morning when she thought we were all out of the house when only 5 of the family left. We awoke to 81 degrees. At that point we felt strange like we were being "watched". The Gem car was awesome. It was a pain to have to move the car each time we used it. But , we chose to use the Gem. It was fun. Overall a great stay. Comfy beds and lots of extras.

Peaceful home away from home!
We really enjoyed the house. The master bed was very comfortable. We appreciated all the board games to play when we were in the house. We've stayed in other places where it's bare but this felt like a real home. The community was safe and quiet. The pool was nice and not too far away. The GEM car was fun and easy to use and we loved having beach chairs & toys to use at the lagoon. The only nuisance was moving the our rental car every time we wanted to use the GEM car as there was no where else to park. Beautiful vacation!

Beyond fabulous!
Experience could not have been better! The property was beyond our expectations and Betsy way super accommodating and made our experience absolutely perfect in every way! Stayed with 3 kiddos and everyone had more than enough space! Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Central A/C worked perfectly. Super safe upscale neighborhood a couple blocks from amazing lagoons, which we visited daily. Gulf cart was super convenient. Having three bathrooms after the beach was super convenient, as was having a washer and dryer in the unit. Saltwater Pool was gorgeous and the kids loved it! Grill on patio was awesome and we used it a lot! Gorgeous upper level with private master bath- second upper level bedroom sleeps 4 kids in separate beds, and is far enough away from master to give privacy- second bath upstairs was great. Main level also has a bedroom and a bathroom- not a private bath down here which was nice so everyone could use it. About a 20 min drive to Waikiki. Many shuttles pick you up from Disney resort and four seasons right by, which you can drive the golf cart to easily. Can take gold cart a few blocks away to ice cream shop, pizza place, coffee shop, ABC store, and local shops. This home is pretty much on the golf course! Beach lagoons were not crowded and have wave breakers, so it’s super safe for kids to swim without worrying about undertow etc. my 12 year old spent hours trying to catch a small fish in a bucket lol Everything was super clean and amenities were outstanding! Plenty of towels and dishes. Cleaning supplies provided. Communication from owner was super prompt and she is so kind and always willing to help with whatever you need! I really can’t say enough great things about this experience! First time using VRBO so I was a bit nervous, but all was seemless! I would give this ten stars if I could! I would not have any hesitation renting this, and will absolutely stay here over the Hilton Hawaiian village where I stayed previous visits. So much better here with extra space , especially with kids!
