Spent 5 nights here and couldn't have been happier! The property was clean, safe and close to the beach and restaurants. This condo is very large and the furniture was so comfortable. The building manager, Victor was also a pleasure to work with. He was so very friendly and quickly responded to all questions during the booking process. My family really enjoyed staying in this condo!! Thank you again Victor! We also had the BEST time in PR!!! See you again soon....can't wait to come back! :-)
“Really nice, spacious and clean. 3 min walk to the LaConcha hotel and in the midst of all the night life. The beach is pretty much in your back yard. It is an older bldg but the owners have done a great job with the decor and added improvements to the apartment. Most all the rooms have AC and the rooms stayed cool even when the AC was turned off. This condo is great for a family, large group of friends and couples. The building was very secure which was nice for 5 women vacationing alone. Victor was responsive and accomodating to our concerns/questions before and after our arrival. I would definitely rent this unit again and strongly recommend this condo.”
The place was exactly as the pictures. Good apartment. Clean. Landlord always ready to promptly fix any issue.
We appreciate having 4 beds as it accommodate the whole group very comfortably.
Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was a big plus. The apartment was very clean and well put together.
The location made it easy for us to walk almost everywhere in Condado. We have family staying at La Concha Hotel down the block and it was great to be so close to the rest of our group.
I will definitely recommend Victor to friends and family, he was courteous and gave us great tips on where to go and eat.

Great getaway! It was right next to the ocean with lots to do w/in walking distance. Not a five star hotel, however, it was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and AC throughout kept us comfortable. Private parking came in handy. Was surprised when Victor checked in to ensure all was well. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Great location at a reasonable rate in the heart of the Condado area on the beach side
$20 fare from the airport - No car rental needed 👍 Plenty of good places to eat within walking distance
Cable TV plus Chromecast allows you to stream Netflix, HBO, You Tube and Pandora
The property owner listed the apartment in excellent condition, although that was most definitely not the case. We have plenty of photos to show that the unit was falsely advertised on Home Away. Upon arrival the condition of the apartment was deplorable, and the numerous life safety code violations that were evident forced us to leave after the first night. We have a 3-year-old child traveling with us and we could not risk staying at this condo. We were severely inconvenienced and force to purchase a separate stay at a hotel at a premium cost due to the Holiday season.
Construction in lobby- unfinished tile, broken tile pieces, saw unsupervised, piles of sand/grout, trash consisting of cardboard and ties from opened tile boxes, exposed wiring in ceiling, large wood boards unprotected leaning against the wall, no lighting in stairwell lobby- all creating fall hazards.
*We were never notified that the condo was under construction and that there was a second entrance (garage).
Hole at electrical outlet with exposed wiring in bedroom causing an electrocution hazard.
Air conditioning not working in room - picture shows the condition of AC on Monday, December 28th at 3pm, which was day 3 of the trip.
*On December 28th a crew worked in the apartment all day long. They left a huge hole (we were on the fifth floor) open and unsupervised. We noticed it when we went to pick the remainder of our luggage. By 5pm issue was not resolved, they left the room with trash, wet floor and exposed wall. Remeber we were on a sixth floor with a 3-year old.
*On night of December 26th, due to malfunctioning A/C we were forced to sleep with ceiling fan and light on because they were connected by the switch. If the light was turned off, it was impossible to leave the fan on. So, we slept with ceiling fan on and light on.
Unclean conditions- floor not mopped, kitchen sinks dirty, bedspreads and pillowcases smelled dirty. We had to buy detergent and gloves and clean the hair out of the dryer.
Missing tiles in bathrooms.
Exposed ceilings in bathroom (cables hanging).
Toilet in master bath was not functional due to sink obstruction.
Oven handle was broken.
On the morning of December 27th, we left the room at 6am, it was dark and near the elevator it was dark. The elevator was not functioning. We were forced to take the stairs. The stairs also did not have any lighting. We to use our cell phone flashlights toguide the family down the stairs 5 flights.

The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event
that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Broker will charge the following cancellation
penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee:
• Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
• Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 40%
• Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date 100%
During the Rental Period: The Broker regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation
charges above, whatever the circumstances. The Broker recommends that all guests take out
adequate cancellation or vacation insurance. There will be no reimbursement of money if clients
cancel or vacates the premises prior to the termination of this agreement.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in at 3:00p.m, Check out is at 12:00noon.
POLICY: The property is reserved exclusively for those people named on the booking form and
no other persons are permitted to stay at the apartment unless this has been agreed in writing
prior to the rental period. Pets are not permitted in the apartments without prior agreement; an
additional $300 deposit may be required. No smoking is permitted in the apartments.
RESPONSABILIY OR LIABILITY:
Neither the Agent or the owner assumes any responsibility or liability whatsoever regarding your
person, or whom you represent, or personal property while you or whom you represent on this
agreement, reside in the apartment, or condo and you agree to relinquish all such responsibility
or liability from them.
