Tallawah Villa is certainly among the most exquisite villas as is apparent with the unsurpassed luxury it provides. It renders panoramic Caribbean Sea views assuring magnificent mornings and glorious sunsets in this idyllic waterfront setting.

It's contemporary design and use of glass especially in the ocean view balconies and rails make for an unmatched and uninterrupted direct view of the ocean right in front giving the feeling that you are right there where the waves gently lap the seaside.

Out in front is the large infinity swimming pool, by the immaculately maintained waterfront gardens with coconut palms. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs and there is a handicap accessible garden pathway leading right to the waterfront.

Have your meals indoor or be enthralled by the ocean view while you dine outdoor on the terrace which provides a relaxed grandeur. Then step inside to the gracious Sitting Room with flat screen TV, ceiling fans and ample sofas that create the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the large pool with the backdrop of the sparkling Caribbean Sea.

The Villa has 5 adult bedrooms (4 kings and 2 queen) each with en suite baths.

There is still only a maximum of 14 persons allowed in Tallawah, even with the use of this extra Den. There is absolutely NO SLEEPING IN THE DEN, please use the bedrooms or extra charges will be applied.


EVENTS AT THE VILLA ARE NOT ALLOWED - This is a family vacation home, not for other guests to come on property, no weddings, and no family reunions with joint villas.
Absolutely no events, parties or extra persons are allowed at Tallawah Villa. No outside guests are allowed other than those stated on the Guest List.
