We love restored homes and this one is a jewel. Settled on a level lot, complete with a yard, this beauty offers a treat in each suite. Every bedroom offers a complete bath - one with a large whirlpool - and a view. There is a designer feel in every corner - from the exposed beams and leather sofas in the living room, to the reading nook in the game room. Like each one of our properties when you stay at 3 Suite Retreat you will have access to 3 pools located on the mountain during the summer months. You are only about 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and about 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

Lovely, home, beautiful view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at 3Suite Retreat. The home was clean and welcoming. We did have some minor issues that were quickly taken care of. I know that from time to time they clear out some of over growth to improve the view of the mountains and it might be time to clear some of the overgrowth out. We did notice, and reported to the staff on our departure that the silverware in the chalet was pretty low. We were constantly washing so we had enough to eat with. How ever it did not hamper our stay. Always look forward to our Smokies with MLC.

A bit disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The chalet was good but disappointing. The view is awesome but half the blinds were broken and wouldn’t open to allow us to see it. Carpeted areas were dirty and unappealing (and probably contributed to a generally musty odor throughout)

Enjoyed the hot tub ! Loved the two living rooms! Played lots of pool .... even got to see snow which was amazing .. If you need reliable Internet for school or work... this would not be a good fit. Beautiful views of mountains and bears from hottub

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views of the mountains were awesome from the hottub. We also had 2 cubs wrestle in the flat area the deck looks over. The chalet was definitely spacious. Nice kitchen. Nice pool table and plenty of rooms.
