We truly enjoyed staying in this town home. My family and I (including our 9 month old) felt right at home. Perfect location & Wendy was very attentive to our needs. We frequented Central Market, which is one of the nicest grocery stores I've been in (and only a short drive away). Would highly recommend this property!
The house was very clean, clutter free, and user friendly. Everything was of a high quality, worked and was well maintained. It is a super place to stay with a toddler - safe, very few items to move out of the way, toys to borrow and a child sized table and chairs! The shared garden outside is a lovely space to run off some energy! Pumpkin patch park at river oaks is walking distance away. As is central market and Walgreens for essentials and high end holiday food choices! Needing somewhere to stay in Houston then don't hesitate to book this wonderful home.
Extremely well-appointed & spacious townhouse close to upscale restaurants, shopping & grocery. From the open space living / dining to the tidy garage, this was the perfect spot for me & my dog during a month-long stay in Houston for work. And owner a pleasure to work with!
Our family stayed at this lovely townhome while my husband had surgery in downtown Houston. It ended up being a lengthy stay (3 weeks), and the owner was gracious enough to allow us to extend our stay twice with no problems. It was truly a blessing to have a comfortable, clean place to go "home" to after a long day or night at the hospital. The property is located in an upscale neighborhood in Houston and we were close to everything and anything we could have needed or wanted- malls, grocery, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. The owner is wonderful as well. We would reccomend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Houston area.
The location of this place is outstanding. The owner Wendy was available and very helpful. It was very important to her that we enjoyed our stay in her home and was available when we reached out with questions. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the Houston area.
We stayed here for about 6 weeks while my husband was undergoing treatment at MD Anderson. What a fantastic choice! The condo itself was laid out perfectly for our needs with tons of TV channels, fast wi-fi hook up, very comfortable bed & bedding, exceptionally equipped kitchen (w/kuerig coffee machine!), a high-end iron, and even a bluetooth printer (that came in very handy).
The location couldn't have been better. We were able to navigate quickly through the back road shortcuts to avoid all the madness of the freeways. It took only about 15 minutes to get to the medical center. A very hip shopping district was a short walk away. Shopping Central Market and eating at Smith & Wollensky's steak house (both about 3 blocks away) were WONderful experiences. If you eat at S&W, ask for Rene. She was an EXCELLENT server. AND their steaks were way better than Ruth's Chris' a few miles away.
But the best part of the condo was Wendy, the owner. I cannot say enough good things about this very special lady. She was always quick to respond to questions, always eager to meet any need, and always, always available for us. At a time when our emotions and stress levels were through the roof, it was a godsend to be able to count on someone as capable, considerate and generous as Wendy. If you choose this condo, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
Nossa casa está localizada no 'loop interno' cobiçado (delimitado por quatro grandes rodovias, IH10, US59, Loop610, e IH45), permitindo-lhe chegar às principais pontos da cidade sem gastar muito tempo no trânsito. US59 é menos de uma milha de distância e Loop610 é cerca de uma milha e meia de distância. Restaurantes, tanto fast-food e muito sofisticadas, abundam dentro de um raio de 3 milhas como fazem supermercados e bares. Qualquer compra que você poderia desejar é dentro de 5 milhas e mais é dentro de 2 milhas. Casas localização também torna mais fácil para chegar ao Texas Medical Center, Downtown, e todos os principais arena de esportes e de estádios. A área dos museus também está a poucas milhas de distância. Apesar de ser convenientemente localizado a todos os principais pontos de interesse, é em um bairro tranquilo e afluentes.
