A fazenda 2. 4 acre está situado a uma altitude de 800 pés nas encostas verdejantes e ventosos entre Kealakekua Bay e Pu'uhonua O Honaunau Parque Nacional (Cidade de Refúgio) no meio do café e agricultura cinto de Kona. Nosso pomar inclui 19 diferentes variedades de árvores de fruto, bem como muitas plantas tropicais incomuns e uma horta orgânica. No verdadeiro espírito havaiano, nós gostamos de partilhar os frutos da terra que elas estiverem disponíveis.
Estamos localizado a 30 minutos a sul de Kailua-Kona, através das cidades de montanha de Kainaliu, Kealakekua e Captain Cook na área up-country do Sul Kona. Uma mercearia, favorecido por moradores, é de apenas 15 minutos até a colina. Restaurantes, uma loja de alimentos naturais e lojas também estão por perto.
Eles chamam isso de a grande ilha por uma razão! Somos um par de horas do parque nacional do vulcão e uma localização base perfeita para aqueles que querem ir explorar.

We have been repeatedly staying on this beautiful and serene spot since 2012. We love the beauty and the privacy of the property. It's far enough away from Kona that we feel like we live on the island amidst the lush gardens, coffee farms, and lovely locals. And yet if you have easy access to get to town center or anywhere else on the island. This property has everything you need to feel at home. And the best part is that Stacey is delightful. She has an abundance of fresh fruit and other delights she shares from her own gardens and fruit trees! Make sure to enjoy the private outdoor shower where you are surrounded by flowering orchids, Hawaiian plants, and often curious geckos. This is a place you'll definitely want to visit again and again!
Loved our stay at Stacey's and looking forward to returning. It's a perfect location for exploring Kailua-Kona and areas to the south (e.g., Cook's Bay, Two--Step/Place of Refuge, Black Sand Beach, Volcano National Park and the village). Beautiful property full of various kinds of fruit trees, and with views beyond to the ocean. All the toys you could possibly want: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, snorkel gear). Nicely equipped kitchen along with an outdoor gas grill. Plenty of ceiling and floor fans to keep the interior temp comfortable, and it's already a tad cooler than Kona-town to begin with as it's at a a couple hundred feet or so above sea level. Don't forget the outdoor shower, which is a lovely green oasis. Really enjoyed getting to know Stacey while there too.
My partner and I had the pleasure of spending a week at this lovely 3 room flat. It has everything that you need from a outdoor shower, bbq, laundry to a fully functioning kitchen. No air conditioning but the ceiling fans did the job. Ideal accommodation for couples and just a 45 minute drive from Kona. Our host lives up above the flat but she did not intrude on our privacy and was helpful in pointing out local attractions to see. The nearby beaches were rocky but good swimming once you got out and be sure that you try the best coffee on the island at Maya's about a 15 min drive away. Definately a place to sit and relax!!
My husband and I loved coming here after we got married in Volcano. Our hostess Stacey was so kind and detailed-oriented, the place is so warm and inviting with all the amenities you need for a relaxing time. The location is one of my favorite areas on the island and this unit is uniquely tucked away for an added sense of serenity.
Spent 8 days on the Big Island and loved it! A big part of this was the location. Stacey's property was peaceful and quiet. Stacey was a great host with fresh fruit offerings including papaya, bananas, mango, and pineapple. Location was perfect for access to snorkeling at Two-Step and Kealakekua Bay (spinner dolphins). Also easy access to Highway 11 South which takes you to green and black sand beaches as well as Volcanoes National Park. Wonderful space to enjoy Hawaii!
First trip to Hawaii ,came here to possibly move here in a couple years when I retire. I wanted a more local place instead of a hotel .. Found the perfect place on Stacys and Tony's property . Great location beaches and stores within a half hours drive . Very quiet setting ,neighbours very quiet turn out to be a very relaxing and non-stressful stay . Most of time I didn't know if anybody was even on the property . If I can find property half as nice as Stacy's and Tony's when I moved here in a couple years I'll be very happy five stars aloha
