Tranquilo apartamento de dois quartos com uma bela piscina no-chão, club house, churrasqueira e garagem para dois carros. Convenientemente localizado na estrada principal em Marco Island, onde restaurantes, lojas, serviços e Praia do Residente são caminhadas e ciclismo distâncias fáceis. Quarto principal é uma cama queen size, com ar condicionado e televisão por cabo. De dois quartos dispõe de duas camas de solteiro, ar condicionado e TV a cabo. A sala dispõe de uma cama queen size sofá-cama, TV a cabo de tela plana de 40 polegadas, DVD / BlueRayplayer e ar condicionado. Uma casa de banho com banheira e chuveiro. Cozinha inclui todos os potes, panelas, pratos e uma máquina Keurig K-Cup. Internet de alta velocidade e uma marca nova impressora / scanner / copiadora dentro da unidade. Piscina aquecida no-chão está a poucos passos de distância da unidade. Unidade é do nível do solo. Férias são 30 dias mínimo.
We spent two months, December 2016, January 2017 at this Sea Breeze condo, and enjoyed yet again our annual stay on macro Island.
It is clear, that the owner has spent a lot of time, and money improving the condo, sadly, the cleanliness, or lack of, was very disappointing.
On arrival it struck us that the Condo appeared smaller than we anticipated from the owner's description.
The actual footage, according to the Collier County Property Appraiser, and, the See Breeze Committee, is 704 sq. ft., which is less than two thirds of the stated footage of 1080 sq. ft!
This is quite a substantial difference for a condo.
A point is made, that there is a new Copier, Printer, Scanner. This may have been useful, to print our Airline Boarding Passes, but, as there was no ink, it was useless, and, we were not prepared to buy a $40 cartridge, just for that.
The final points refer to our own experience on our arrival, and the condition of the Condo.
We arrived late afternoon, and, immediately noticed quite a lot small flies. As they were thickest around the Trash Can, we found this had not been emptied, and, contained foodstuffs.
It was clear that the previous occupants had left recently, and, the cleaner had not been, neither did a cleaner turn up subsequently.
My wife was a little surprised to find the double bed was not made up for us, but on a closer examination, we immediately went to Publix, for washing powder, and removed the very soiled Mattress Protector, and had it washed, and dried, before making up the bed.
It was necessary to sweep, and wash the floors, and also clean the shelves in the "fridge, before stocking it.
Over the course of the following week , we cleaned the window blinds, and cleaned, and dusted all the glass, including the mirrors, as these things were thick with dust.
There were piles of something unexplainable, under the dressing table, in the double bedroom, which looked like termite dust, in fact we found a few in the bed on occasion.
The above points were communicated to the owner on February 22nd, and to his representative, who came to inspect the condo the day before we left. as at March 22nd, have had no response.
This is probably an isolated occurrence, but still not good form.
My husband and I spent the month of March here and we cannot say enough about what a great condo it is. Neat and clean, friendly people in complex, handy to everything..store, beach, movies, retaurants. We are coming back to same condo for three months next winter. Love Marco and this condo!
My husband and I vacation in Marco Island every year for a month. This past year we stayed in this lovely condo located in Sea Breeze. Fully enjoyed it!!! The condo was very clean and equipped with all amenities. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept the place nice and cool. There is a nice pool and club house just steps away. It was within walking distance to 3 of the main beaches. We tried to reserve it again this year but inquired too late. I would highly recommend staying here.
The location of this condo is key to a great Marco Island getaway. We were able to walk to restaurants, the beautiful Residents' Beach, shops and more. If we wanted to lay low for the day, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and club house which is just steps behind the condo. Beds were comfortable, condo is immaculately clean and the Seabreeze complex is quiet.
