Our home is 200 yards from the beach and has free access to the Ocean Point community pool which only 100 yards from our front door. The pool has a large hot tub & cabana overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

overflow 1/4 bath, with vanity and mirror for second floor guest rooms.
Outdoor spaces:
on the main floor you can access a large updated screened porch from the dining room and 1 balcony. It has an outdoor dining table that seats 8 and lounge furniture. The second floor screened deck is accessed from second guest bedroom. A large wrought iron balcony spans the entire front of the house. It can be accessed from the primary and third guest bedroom. The primary bedroom has one additional deck overlooking the backyard lined with a mature oak & palm trees.

Main Floor:
A custom updated open concept kitchen with quartz counter-tops, a large island that seats 4 and all high-end stainless steel appliances opens to a custom dining room that seats 8 people & a large family room with a sectional couch, fireplace, and TV mounted over the fireplace. A Side by Side refrigerator with InstaView, an induction cooktop, convection oven, large stainless steel sink, under-counter microwave drawer, under-counter ice maker a beverage fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen provides for all your cooking and entertaining needs during your stay. We added 5 additional windows to provide lots of natural light and spectacular views . Finally, a cozy kitchen coffee nook overlooking the front cul-de-sac completes the overall look and feel of a beach dream kitchen.
The main floor bedroom update includes a pocket door for privacy, a white shiplap focal point wall with 2 armoires, 2 dresser drawers and a 60" TV. A King Comfort Sleeper sofa from American Leather with 5" gel mattress with no bars, no springs, no sagging for maximum sleeping comfort. Our vision for this space is a flexible room that can be used as a 4th bedroom or office , TV room, reading room, or playroom. It has access to a full updated bathroom.

Second Floor:
On the second floor, a very large primary suite greets you with lots of light from two large windows and a French sliding door leading to a private deck - you can touch the tall mature oak tree while taking in views of the lagoon. A king bed with luxury mattress, high-end comforter, TV, hardwood floors, area rug, large upgraded walk-in closet, a custom writing desk, and a queen sofa sleeper complete this beautiful setting. The Ensuite primary bathroom has two vanities, custom mirrors, high-end faucets and fixtures, a Jacuzzi tub and a large glass shower and toilet. On the balcony off the bathroom you can enjoy morning sunrises, ocean peek views and wonderful ocean breezes.

The elegant second bedroom includes a king bed, high-end comforter, matching curtains, an upgraded closet, TV, access to a private screened porch overlooking the lagoon and views of the entire back island making this a perfect second master. This bedroom shares a Jack and Jill marble bathroom with double vanities, toilet and a large tub/shower with the third bedroom.

The third bedroom faces the front of the house. This room’s coordinated décor includes two twin XL beds, blue quilts with lots of accent pillows and a TV. Upon request the twin beds can be converted to a king bed ready for your arrival. French doors leading to the front balcony complete the overall charm.

The laundry room has been updated to include include a large vanity with white quartz countertop, rectangular sink, mirror, and hair dryer. This can be used as an overflow1/4 bathroom to the upstairs guest bedrooms. It also includes a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and updated cabinets.

Amenities:
We provide departure/arrival housekeeping with linens & towels and an arrival supply (a couple of days supply) of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dish-washing soap & washing detergent. For your convenience, we also provide complimentary beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach carts, rolling cooler, 4 bikes and many beach toys. We update this inventory every year though we do not control the usage by our guests and cannot guarantee what is available upon your arrival. A gas grill is located in the downstairs deck back of the house. One car garage and 2 parking spaces in the driveway is provided which accommodates a maximum of 3 cars and possibly 1 golf cart for your stay.
All our guests have free access to the Ocean Point private pool, hot tub, and cabana, only 100 yards from the house. The new hot tub/cabana overlooks the18th hole of the Links Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. Our Beach access is 200 yards from the house.

Views:
When you stay here, you can enjoy peek views of the ocean from the second story balcony which provides outdoor access from master bedroom and third guest bedroom. Views of the lagoon and the Wild Dunes Resort can be enjoyed from the private back deck in the master suite and the screened deck from the second guest bedroom. On the first floor, adjacent to the dining room and living room, a very large furnished screened porch overlooks a private backyard with large oak trees for shading, palm trees, and beautiful views of the lagoon.
We keep our home updated on a regular basis. There is new furniture throughout the entire house, a sophisticated contemporary look, harmonized with a coordinated color scheme of warm tones of blue, grey, terra-cotta and cream, give this home a current, elegant but at the same time relaxed beach feel and charm which makes 28 Ocean Point a comfortable home for an extended or short stay at the beach
