This luxury villa is set in Kathu, Phuket. Kathu is on the main road between the airport and Patong Beach. 28 kilometres from the airport, 5 kilometres to Phuket Town and 7 kilometres to Patong Beach. Close to the British International School.

It is available for short term or long term rental.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor in the main building. The master bedroom (1) overlooks the swimming pool and has an en suite shower room. There is also a sofa bed for another two people to sleep. Bedroom (2) is at the back of the house and also has an en-suite shower room.There is also a sofa bed for another two people to sleep. Room 3 and 4 share an en-suite bathroom. These rooms have King Size beds and wooden furniture.There is also a sofa bed in each room for another four people to sleep. Upstairs is a bedroom with Queen bed and aircon. (Bedroom 5). There are also four double sofa beds available on request. Total guest maximum is 18 people based on two people per sofa bed.

The villa has a huge open plan living room, dining area and European style kitchen. Within the open plan area is an aquarium, bar, leather sofa, 50 inch flat screen TV, CD player, dining table with 6 chairs.
The house comes equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in utility area.

The villa has Wi-Fi and satellite TV including English Premier League football matches and Movie channels. A DVD player is also supplied. KARAOKE machine.The electric allowance of 40KW per day and cleaning cost is incorporated.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, electric/gas hob, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, double door fridge freezer and cold water dispenser. There are some other utensils and equipment belonging to me that are not in the contract but you are welcome to use.

Outside the house is a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by wooden decking. The car park can accommodate several cars, motorbikes. The gate is electric and controlled by remote control. There are CCTV cameras around the outside of house plus the doors have sensors and inside have motion detectors connected to the alarm system. To the front of the villa is a waterfall feature with 3 water springs and underwater lights. There is outside seating area around the pool plus at the front of the villa.
The land size is approximately 880 sq. metres. The building size is approximately 550 sq. metres. Close to Golf course, local convenient stores, restaurant and bar in walking distance. International school about 10 minutes drive. main shops in Kathu 5 minutes drive. Close-by are two go-kart tracks, Tiger Kingdom, shooting range, skiing and Quad bike hire. Car and bike hire can be arranged on request.

Accommodates up to 14 guests including 1 guests on each of the four double sofa beds. No pets. No smoking inside building. This is a rental for families and friends. It is not for sublet or commercial use. No pets, no smoking, no more than 4 x adult single males in an all male group per booking, no bachelor parties, families with children welcome. Domestic use only. No sub-letting

An extra 6th room (Maids room ) is available on request at a charge of 1500 Thai Baht per night, payment in cash on arrival.

Electric free 40 KW units per day, excess paid by guest to owner in cash @ 9 Baht per excess unit, according to meter.

Quotes based on minimum number of days for any given period when the quotation required is less than the minimum number of days. Example: minimum number of days 7 days but inquiry is for 3 days, then quotation will be based on 7 days, not 3 days.

Cleaning on 1st day included and thereafter every 7 days. Additional 2 hour basic clean chargeable at 2000 Baht per clean.
