The 2 bedrooms feature queen size beds, new linens and deluxe mattresses, and plenty of room to hold your belongings. There is room for unpacking, including a large walk-in closet in the Master bedroom.
The spacious bathroom has a full tub and plenty of storage room for your personal items.
The kitchen is fully-stocked and nicely finished. The dining table seats 4.
There is a new, comfortable couch with chaise lounge that transitions into a bed for additional sleeping space. The TV has full HD cable package. High-speed WIFI cable connection for your use as well. You will also find a bookshelf with books, puzzles and games for your enjoyment.
The front porch is great for relaxing, chatting, and watching the kids either play in the yard, or across the street at Tot Lot park. There is a Weber grill (charcoal and charcoal chimney included)! Brand new fire pit with firewood included at no extra charge near the rear of the property (shared with lower unit).
You are a short walk to all the shops and restaurants that make South Haven the great beach town it is. There are many public beach accesses and parks on the famous North Beach within easy walking distance. The closest beach is .7 miles from our home. If you enjoy biking, hiking or just taking a stroll in the woods, the Kal-Haven trail head is only 2 blocks away for biking, hiking or strolling in the woods. There are two public boat launches just around the corner.
If you have a larger group, consider renting our lower unit as well for a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 TV rooms!
Summer Reservations: we do not allow a 1-night opening between reservations during the summer (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). When booking a reservation during this time, please ensure that you are not leaving just one night either directly before or after your reservation open (if you are booking directly before or after another group). If this does happen, we will work with you to adjust your reservation accordingly.
