Um terraço percorre toda a extensão da sala de estar / jantar e há varanda privada fora do quarto principal. Há uma abundância de mobiliário e espreguiçadeiras para sentar e apreciar a vista espetacular.

A cozinha totalmente equipada está completo com água purificada e gelo e todos os utensílios que você precisa para fazer um lanche da tarde ou uma refeição multicourse.

A casa acomoda 6 em 3 quartos, cada um com seu próprio banheiro. Cada coletor tem seu próprio filtro de RO para a água purificada. Conveniente!

The Condo well appointed condo suited our every need. We were a familly reunion with 21 family members spread out in three properties so the large Armada vehicle was a much needed amenity. Loved the visit so much we are thinking of making Cozumel our vacation home destiation!

This property was amazing! The views! The people! The Pool/gym/club house! The Chef! Fantastic and would definitely return!

The cons:

The beds in every room were so uncomfortable, my brother and I both woke up stiff and sore every day and struggled to sleep through the night.

The bath towels were very old, some even had several holes in them. For the price per night, I would think a trip to Sam's would be an easy fix.

The kitchen is subpar for cooking accommodations. There are a few spices from previous guests we assume, though we had to buy our own outside of those 5, as well as condiments, cooking oil and even our own knife - the knives supplied are very dull; everything sticks to the pans. We have stayed in several VRBO/Home Away properties - so we compared to those kitchen accommodations. Bring mosquito spray!

The pros:

The condo is well decorated and comfortable (other than the beds). The view is breathtaking! Snorkeling right off the back of the property is highly suggested, we did it every day. There is much to see around Cozumel (thanks to the awesome SUV provided). Overall our experience was outstanding! The staff is amazing! From our daily cleaner - Aryiana (so thorough), as well as employees of the property, everyone is so accommodating and friendly! Angel, the chef is an outstanding cook. Tell him what you want prepared the night before, he goes and buys it and cooks it for you! He works for tips. Antonio the property manager is spot on! He can make accommodations for the dive shop, also owned by this condo owner. The property is super clean. The people who live in other condos are so friendly and inviting, we had a blast meeting several of them. Free advice, pay in pesos, the exchange rate changes daily and certain businesses go lower than the exchange rate, cheating one out of american money. If you pay in pesos, you don't have to worry about it. Great key lime pie shop just north of the condo, a must! Great trip and we will return!

This condo was great! We had a party of 7, the 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were plenty of room for all. We loved the kitchen, although we did not cook much, it is nice to have a fridge, microwave, COFFEE MAKER etc. Washer/dryer is a must on beach vacations. Online booking, communication with owners on schedules and deposit refund was prompt and professional, my best vacation rental process ever.

And what sets this condo apart from others is the use of the Armada and the condo and property staff! Our party of 7 fit perfectly in the Armada and we feel comfortable driving in Cozumel and drove it everyday! Some of the most beautiful sites in Cozumel (South and East parts of the island) can only be accessed by car, moped or taxi (would be an expensive taxi fare). Security, onsite chef, cleaning ladies and especially Antonio, the property manager of this condo, were professional and courteous. Antonio speaks great English and is only a phone call away if you need anything. You have access to American cable and American phone line as well. The beauty of the Mexican Riviera with American luxuries!

I only have one suggestion for improvement. The linens (bed sheets, bath towels etc) need replacing.

Stayed in November 2016 for a week - fantastic stay at this gorgeous, spacious 3 bedroom condo. Even better than the pictures, the condo is very large, located on the 3rd floor of the very attractive and well-managed Pennisula Grand condos, just north of town. The bonus of the large SUV that comes with the condo (incredible, really), sets this apart from other condos of similar nature. The condo is decorated beautifully, has balconies with fantastic views, all you could want to cook if you should choose to, and is furnished elegantly. The owners are a joy to deal with, and I can't think of a single thing to improve the place! We were with a large wedding party that had another condo in the same building but on a higher floor, and we preferred this unit on the 3rd floor for it's proximity to the water. Never used the cook service below in the common area, but it sure is a nice amenity! We were able to use the gym, and play a game of pool in the common area. Security is great at this condo, and the on site manager Antonio is very helpful. Don't hesitate to book this unit, you won't be disappointed. We're already planning our visit back!

We loved everything about this condo- great view, spacious accommodation, infinity pool, and snorkeling off private beach. We were here 2 weeks, first week with 7 of us including 3 teenagers and 2nd week w friends. There was plenty of room with 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a den along with 3 balconies. The unit comes w a large car and maid service and Antonio, the manager, made sure everything was in working order. Beautiful place, great stay, hope to return again; we didn't want to leave!

Excellent Week

My wife and I have been coming to Cozumel for over 20 years. Initially we stayed south of town at various location and have gradually move north of town. This property is the best value and the most complete which we have stayed. The condo itself has all the latest amenities. Everything worked. The internet pictures are very accurate. Cleaning service was timely and very good. Angel, the chef by the pool was a bonus. Excellent food and drinks, very reasonable. The car was a tremendous savings. Our group of 6 had plenty of room. Antonio, the property manager was waiting on us on arrival and responded to us quickly and efficiently to any question or request.
