Amazing Vacation Condo

I will start by stating that I would most definitely stay in this unit again, year after year! From the moment we walked into the condo, we knew we were going to have a fantastic vacation. The property was exactly the way it was described in the description and more.

The condo itself was very well decorated, had a fantastic layout and had a perfect location within the resort. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 Grandparents. There was plenty of room for all of us. The bathrooms are nice and large. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, etc. I also especially appreciated the items that were available for families traveling with small children. There was a pack and play, a eating chair, sand toys, boogie boards, plastic dishes, even sippy cups! :) The Lanai was perfect for breakfast, early evening sunsets. The kids LOVED the grass outside. The units location within the resort was perfect. It was nice and quiet and we felt as if we had our own private backyard! You could hear the ocean and it was very tranquil and relaxing.

The resort itself was fantastic too. The pool was the perfect pool for us and our children. The two waterslides were a big hit with the kids, even the grandparents took a few turns on the waterslide! The pool was never crowded and we always had spots to lay out by the pool. The Oasis restaurant was a perfect dining option for us. We ate there and enjoyed their fantastic food many times during our stay.

The location of the resort itself is also great if you like to travel to Poipu and Hanalei during your stay. There are also a couple of great beaches nearby for families and a nice walking trail nearby. Having a Safeway, Foodland, Starbucks across the street, also made grocery shopping convenient for us as well.

I can't really say enough about this condo and resort. We had a lovely time and hope to return next year and every time we visit Kauai. Mahalo!!

Rainy Spring Break

My family and I spent a week at Waipouli H103 and although it rained for most of the vacation, we had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and was plenty of space for our family of 4. We used the kitchen for breakfast and a few dinners - it was well stocked. Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and each room had a TV. Condo even had boogie boards, chairs and sand toys for use.

Condo has beautiful view and we loved having the lawn right outside for kids to play.

Only wish we had more sun.

Amazing Property and Property Manager - Kauai Calls & Candace Mack - RECOMMEND!!!!

We had an amazing time in H103 as we walked right out of our condo and on to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing on this side of the property. We loved the Oasis and live music on Wednesday’s. The condo was extremely well equipped for those that like to cook which we do. Will be rebooking for sure! Candace Mack and the Kauai Calls team are unbeilable and make you feel like a VIP right from the time you book until you leave and even after! Truly Incredible Experience. Mahalo!

Perfect island getaway!

Our condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen was spotless and new and had everything we needed. Sitting area was spacious and comfortable as was the lanai we relaxed on every day. Bedrooms and bathrooms were private and quiet. Loved the pool area too! Enjoyed several nice meals at Oasis restaurant. Great location on the island to visit all the sites in either direction. Handy having the mall just across the street for shopping! We really enjoyed everything about Waipouli Beach Resort!

Great location!! Loved the condo!

We loved the location, close to the pool, easy access to the beach. Stepped out the door to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning and watched all the different birds and baby chicks from the patio. Convienently located across from the grocery store and shops. Being our first time on Kauai, we were glad we picked east side. We enjoyed snorkeling both in the south and north, the east was great middle point. Not as busy and crowded as the south part of the island or as rainy as the north. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was so much fun too even for a couple teenagers, loved the sand bottom jacuzzis (three of them). There are 8 miles of bike trails right from the condo. Snorkeling equipment, bikes, etc. can easily be rented as well at the resort or within a block away. We saw whales breaching right from the beach, a monk seal sunning itself the first day we were there. We also learned of a spot where the fish get fed regularly at the resort, south corner of parking lot near street there is a river, the talapia fish go crazy for food and jump, kinda fun to see. We never swam or snorkeled at the resort because the surf was a little rough for us but we saw other people snorkel and people spear fishing. We would love to come back again would definitely recommend this condo.

Clean and roomy condo. The lanai was especially enjoyable as it was out of the wind.

However, the combo to the pool was confusing and the 7 mile trail right in front of the complex was misleading. Overall it was great especially with the inclement weather.

Actually, I am very disappointed that VRBO charged an additional $151 service charge without full disclosure and for nothing.
