Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file. There is no fee for service animals. A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs. If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
