Condomínio com vista para o mar do Caribe e as praias de Frigate Bay com nada para bloquear a vista. Gazebo privado, e este é o único condomínio no desenvolvimento com um caminho para o oceano. Privado, galpão separado lavanderia e jardins, 2 lugares de estacionamento privados. Condomínio tem quarto estúdio com kitchenette e quarto separado com cama de rodízio (cama de solteiro acima, sofá-cama de baixo para cima), adequado para o casal e mais um adulto; ou casal mais duas crianças mais novas.

O desenvolvimento Horizons Villas está localizado no lado caribenho de Frigate Bay (lado do mar do St. Kitts é geralmente violento demais para nadar). É uma caminhada de 5 minutos fácil ao longo da unidade de água ou curta de menos de cinco minutos para os melhores bares de praia, restaurantes e natação em St. Kitts. O restaurante do Marshall, considerado um dos 5 melhores restaurantes da ilha, está localizado no nível superior.

Horizons Stay

We stayed in Bill's condo from August 6-13. The condo and amenities are exactly as described. It has to have one of the best views on the island...and I saw most of them. We booked at the last minute and Bill was very responsive in having everything ready for us when we arrived. Make sure you rent a car as there's lots to see.

Great views and close to South Frigate beach!

We rented Bougainvillea for a week in March of this year. It was perfect! Bill and Simone his property manager were really helpful and Bill gave us a great guide to the best beach bars and restaurants on the island. (Shipwreck is a personal favourite.)

We really enjoyed the central location and the proximity to the beach. The view is spectacular even from the lower unit, and the constant breeze off the ocean and sound of the waves was fantastic. We didn't need to use the air conditioning at all, and slept with the doors open at night.

The suite is great for a couple and felt really private. I loved being able to walk out directly from our apartment to the grassy lawn out front. In fact, we ate most of our breakfasts outside on the lawn! I think this feature was what made us prefer Bougainvillea. It also allowed us easy access to the gazebo, which is a great spot for reading or a cold drink at the end of the day.

The walk to the beach only takes a few minutes and we had no problem navigating our way there and back many times, even at night (although the full moon helped light our way).

The king size bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had great water pressure. The unit came equipped with lots of towels and linens as well which was great.

I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Bill!

Stunning Views - clean, affordable, and private

We rented both the upper and lower units from Bill and loved having the entire space completely to ourselves. The gazebo is so private and has such beautiful views a picture does not even capture it. The lower unit was quieter with a shady porch and the upper unit had a sunny porch and noticed a little activity from the neighbors. Both had wonderful views to ocean. We would happily rent these units again. Everything was as stated, clean and affordable. We also had good experiences with Bullseye Car Rental and all the restaurants we visited (Rock Lobster, Marshall's, Cathy's BBQ, Reggae Beach, SpratNet, Bombay Blues, etc). We were surprised by how spectacular the fort is - well worth the drive !! We enjoyed both populated beaches and beaches with few others. Many beaches have strong currents which are not ideal for small children. We also learned the best fruits and vegetables are available at the central farmers market on Saturday mornings (not at grocery stores). We visited Nevis for a day and truly enjoyed the botanical gardens.

Perfect Place to Stay in St. Kitts!

My fiancé and I stayed here December 26 – January 2 and it was perfect. Bill made the reservation process so easy and seamless and we had no problems with the unit while staying there. The shower had great pressure and there was always warm water, WiFi always worked with no problem, we had no problem with our entry code, there were plenty of towels and amenities, and a fridge stocked with beer, rum, diet coke, and water. We never had any problems with neighbors and we felt very safe staying there. It was difficult to walk into town via the rocky beach, so we ended up following the road into town every day which was about a 30-40 minute walk. It is a hilly walk, but cabs are readily available at the cab stand in town and we collected their business cards and they were always happy to pick us up when we would go back out in the evening. We sat on the gazebo just about every night to listen to the ocean and on New Years Eve, that’s where we got engaged! I would highly recommend this unit. It was perfect for our trip, easy to get to, private and safe, and I think a much better experience than staying at the hotels. I hope this review was helpful! Enjoy St. Kitts !! :)

Great base for exploring...that view!!

I have stayed in the apartments twice now, first time in upper Buena Vista in Jan 2015, second currently in the lower Bougainvillea in Jan 2016. Both apartments identical virtually, bar the BV apt has windows in the back bedroom which is better if have other members needing that room. First visit myself stopped in this room as was traveling with a friend, this year with partner so had king in main section. The view is better from BV over BG due to balcony vs screened in terrace for security. The steps to the Gazebo, which we used many evenings playing cards whilst sun set, as fine, not a health hazard at all.

The apartment itself would be classed more on the basic over luxury side of it. But for us this is perfect, we are here for the exploring and as a base, it has good wifi, air con, comfy bed, got shower, laundry room, and views that no picture can give justice to. Very good location to explore St Kitts and get down peninsula to Nevis, furthest point of peninsula 20 mins away max, so all very good position, as is Brimstone fortress.

I would recommend strongly this apartment, BV over BG due to uninterrupted views, for a perfect base to explore island, if you want luxury and high end, don't stop here but don't expect something that is not being advertised. The owner very easy to contact and deal with, very accommodating and reliable.

Great stay as with last year, sad to leave.

Wow! What a view!

The first thing I have to say is that my husband and I have done quite a lot of traveling and have rarely seen a view like this from our balcony! Truly beautiful with the lush green mountains of St. Kitts and Nevis as a backdrop to crystal blue Caribbean waters and a cool gentle breeze to top it off. The apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable. We only had one night where someone in a nearby apartment was playing their reggae music really loud all night but I always carry earplugs for those emergency situations. Other than that this apartment is extremely quiet and serene. We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony which I absolutely loved and the apartment is well equipped with all the necessary amenities (minus an oven, but there is a toaster oven). Simone (the property manager) was very nice and helpful but not invasive. She even got us a candle for the balcony to keep any bugs away (but we didn't encounter many). We felt extremely safe here too, tons of locks on all the doors and a very nice neighborhood. We hired a car for the week and like other reviews on here explained, the apartment is tricky to find at first but once you know where it is, it's easy to get back and forth to. Try to show the taxi driver at the airport the map that Bill provides and If they seem like they don't know, find a taxi driver who does. We spent a good hour trying to find the place, asking numerous different people where the apt. was and getting lost as our older lady taxi driver did not have a clue, she only knew the vacinity and didn't have her reading glasses so couldn't read our map and of course we had no idea where we were. When you arrive on the island at 12.30 a.m this is no joke! A visit to Nevis is a must, it's a beautiful island. Be sure to visit the natural hot springs. Our favorite restaurant on St. Kitts was Marshalls without a doubt. Quality service and quality food and a view to die for.

Thank you Bill for all the information you provided us prior to arrival, there wasn't a stone left unturned and it helped for a smooth vacation that we thoroughly enjoyed. If we ever come back to St. Kitts, I would stay at horizon villas again without a shadow of a doubt.

Resposta do proprietário: I had to laugh about finding the condo! Yes, the taxi drivers don’t have a clue. They know where “Horizons Villas” is, but most have never been down to the very the lower level, much less realize that there is one. There are very few units on the lower level (although this is changing). Just tell the taxi driver “Horizons Villas,” then follow the map after that to the lower level. Remember that the road to the lower level is NOT the entrance to the Horizons Villas upper level and Marshall’s Restaurant, which all the taxi drivers are very familiar with and where they automatically go unless you specifically tell them otherwise.
