Our gorgeous three bedroom casa is centrally located for easy and quick access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, transportation and more. The largest grocery store is only four blocks from the house and some of the best restaurants in PE are within walking distance!

There’s nothing more relaxing than swimming in the large private swimming pool or sitting comfortably on the balcony watching the surfers while enjoying your morning coffee. Right next to the pool is a shaded pool deck with a barbecue and table seating for seven. Both the covered deck and the balcony have ceiling fans to help keep you cool.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with king beds. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space, a dresser, ceiling and floor fans, and a security safe located in the closets. We encourage our guests to keep their valuables securely locked up when they are not in the residence. There is also a large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate commode.

The second floor contains the dining room, complete kitchen, living room and a second full bathroom. The living room has comfortable furnishings and a TV with DVD player and DVD library. There is also a beautiful balcony with an incredible view of Playa Principal and Zicatela beach. The third bedroom is on the second floor. This is a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a small dresser. It is perfect for children traveling with their parents.

Privacy walls with secure entry gates, surround the property. There is room for a single car to park on the property. For added guest security and convenience, there is an on-site property manager. He is available to assist guests with English-Spanish translations, locating local services, attractions and excursions, and/or questions regarding the house or property.
