This lovely home offers a reverse floor plan with two balconies,  living room, great room, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath with shower/tub upstairs.  The two upstairs rooms have King sized beds, and the 2 downstairs bedrooms both have 2 twin beds. The Great room contains a family room, kitchen with a sprawling countertop and a large dining area with a nice peek of the 15th Ave beach. Slider door to balcony has a picnic table and gas BBQ.  Living room has a table that's great for games, putting together a puzzle, or to gather around for some family time.  Slider door opens to a smaller balcony for sitting and enjoying the ocean view and sounds of the waves while drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset with a tasty glass of wine in the evening.

Downstairs you have a large Game room with a pool table, a ping-pong table and a game of Skittles, made of wood. For your convenience you will find a large washer/dryer.

Fully fenced-in yard with gate on the driveway, parking for 4 cars. Smooth walk (2 blocks) to the wonderful local Farmers Market on Sundays during the summer.
