Sea Horse Beach House is a newly remodeled two-story, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath home with breathtaking ocean views from almost every room! SCC#111530. You have two decks both facing the ocean. The deck off the living room wraps around the second floor of the house and offers views towards Monterey/Moss Landing while the deck off the Dining Area and Main Bedroom offer views towards Santa Cruz!

ONE FREE BOARDWALK WRIST BAND WITH BOOKING, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST

The interior of the home has bright, modern furnishings, beautiful artwork throughout the house and a reverse open, spacious floor plan. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled.

On the entry level, is the First Bedroom with a King Bed and the Second Bedroom downstairs with 2 Twin Beds. Laundry room and full bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area all flow nicely and feature floor to ceiling windows of the beautiful ocean views from each area!

There is a well-stocked ‘Gourmet’ kitchen with contemporary quartz countertops, new appliances including gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice and water on the door. Bar seating allows for guests to interact without actually being in the kitchen, a great space to gather. The Dining Area features a custom, "Beach" glass dining table seating 8 and access to the back deck with BBQ.

The Living Room has a Gas Fireplace, sectional sofa with a chaise lounge. Lots of windows and sliding doors leading to the "front" deck make the Living Room the perfect gathering place for family and friends. This home features a flat screen, high-def smart TV, Cable, DVD Player, Stereo with CD player and surround sound, and wireless high-speed DSL.

The Main Bedroom upstairs has a gas fireplace, full ocean views and a door leading to the back deck as well as a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

Sea Horse Beach House has a 1 car garage + driveway parking. The beach access is either through a private gate or via the landscaped, winding path behind the homes that takes you directly to the stairs down to the sand of Sand Dollar Beach!

Please refer to our packing list as we do not provide beach toys or beach accessories. Please bring your choice of kitchen items such as spices, foil, saran wrap, zip locks, or laundry detergent

Wonderful Beach House With View!

Our family had the privilege of staying at this beautiful house! From the moment we walked in the door, it was bright cheerful and welcoming. The open concept kitchen and living give lots of space for families to enjoy themselves. The table gave us lots of room to eat meals together and play games! The view from the patios was gorgeous! The patios have lots of seating to enjoy ocean view. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped with storage to put away any groceries you might have. Communication with the property company was clear and top notch. We requested one small repair and it was done the same day. One quick note, the walk to the beach was a trek downhill to get to the beach and uphill to get back to the house. This doesn’t change what a fabulous time we had at this property and would stay again.

540 Sea Horse is Great!

Lovely two story home, very spacious and clean. All the cooking and grilling utensils you would require are made available for you. Super close to the beach. We had a great time and had no complaints (the WIFI cut in and out but no big deal, we weren't there to be on our phones and laptops all day!). Highly recommend this place.

Fun family vacation

Myself and my husband along with our two boys stayed at this property. The neighborhood was great and the house was great. The only negative thing I could say was that my boys did not want to stay down stairs to sleep because it was too scary for them and my older son said it was too dirty in the bedrooms downstairs. And I would have to agree with him. So they both slept on the couch which was great. We all had an amazing time and the beach was so so perfect.
