Elegante casa de Mid-Century Florida em um bairro residencial. A casa está perfeitamente conservado, high-end móveis e peças vintage. A piscina de água salgada 42 pés é à direita no rio. A casa tem muita luz (janelas de impacto) e se abrem para a piscina e para o rio através de portas de correr (todos têm telas) .Enjoy ao ar livre, tanto quanto da casa, com uma piscina de água salgada aquecida, sistema de som ao ar livre, vista de rio , churrasqueira a gás, móveis de design exterior, 2 caiaques, chuveiro ao ar livre (quente e frio) e cabana / lavanderia com WC) .O lado do rio está alinhada com 4 árvores bonitas Palma real. O cais privado é o local perfeito para bebidas do sol :-). 2 Kayaks estão à sua disposição, a fim de explorar a Veneza das Américas. Canas de pesca à sua disposição também, se você quiser tentar a sua sorte de parede do mar a 75 pés.
Residência principal do proprietário, por isso é perfeitamente conservado e equipado (todos os aparelhos / TV são menos de 2 anos de idade, mobiliário high-end (ROCHE BOBOIS ...), roupa de cama de alta qualidade para os quartos-3 camas king size ....) .
Andar é terrazzo (recentemente polido).

Stephane met us at the property and showed us around pointing out where everything was and answering any questions we had. The house is well decorated and the listing was very accurate as to what is included.
Stephane is meticulous in providing a clean well maintained house. You can tell his pays attention to detail. Customer Service is perfect too. Stephane was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay.
The back yard area is wonderful. There is a nice breeze coming off the river and pool is very inviting. It's quiet and just a nice place to relax.
We loved the location too. Very convenient to everything. The highway, shopping, Whole Foods, the beaches and more are just minutes away.
I highly recommend this to anyone coming to Ft. Lauderdale. Those nine days flew by too quicky...
We can only agree with everything Guy and Alain wrote. From the very beginning, with communication with the owner and then our arrival until the minute we left, everything was excellent. Not only of course the owner's service and help but also the house itself and its location. Peaceful and at the same time close to shops and the beach. For us, this was a perfect week and highly recommendable.
We rented this beautiful house for 4 weeks during the holiday. Fantastic location we met the owner after a long trip from canada. We arrived in the mid afternoon and the house was ready for us. We tour the property with the owner and everything look even better than the pictures on the website. Superb pool, beautiful landscape and well decorated interior. New mattress were just purchase by the owner and the bathroom was freshly renovated !
The kitchen was truly fully equip, i always travel to a vacation rental with my favorite kitchen tool. In this case it was not necessary, the kitchen had everything i needed.We enjoy the yard with quality outdoor furniture and super size pool heated to our liking.We also took the kayaks for a few nice discovery trips of Fort Lauderdale's canals.
The weather this year was fabulous so we spend a good amount of time outdoor. Good location in the middle of Fort Lauderdale easy access to restaurant and shopping, Coral Shores is a small quiet community with only two access, it felt secure to walk on the street even late at night. Love it so much, we rented the house for the same period next year. See you soon Fort Lauderdale.
