We offer linens for your stay all you need is your beach towels, chairs and toys...Don't forget a sun umbrella as it can get very hot in the summer. A washer and dryer will allow you to refresh your towels through out your stay. An iron and ironing board is also available. You won't need to pack the hair dryer. The unit has Wi-Fi and cable with Flat screen TV's in each room. Sofa with pull out bed and love seat.....toiletries and paper products are NOT included.

Our building has an ocean-side indoor and outdoor pool, a lazy river and a kiddie pool, exclusive to our guests.

Convenient to shopping, dining and family entertainment. Myrtle Beach has 2 outlet malls. The Golfing is reasonable with numerous courses in close driving distance to the Condo.

There is assigned parking for 2 cars only, on the 2nd floor, next to the north elevator. There are height restrictions of 7 feet to enter garage. Luggage carts are located in the lobby.

Additional information: Please note that the HOA does not allow motorcycles or trailers on the property. North Myrtle Beach has passed a by-law that NO canopies/tents are allowed on the beach from May 15- September 15th. only umbrellas with a centre poll.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit even on the balcony. The property of Sunrise Pointe is no smoking this includes walkways, pool area, balconies. It is a North Myrtle Beach Ordinance. A violation can result in a fine.
