The Beach Villas is located on Lagoon Two, within the beautiful Ko Olina Resort and Marina, Oahu's premier ocean front resort community. Guests can experience a wealth of amenities from a world-class championship golf course to lavish spa treatments at the Four Seasons Spa – all within walking distance. The lagoon, protected by a coral ridge, is a swimming and snorkeling paradise no matter what surf conditions. Ko Olina Marina is home to a number of water activity tours, including the Ko Olina Cat, a brand new 53-foot sailing catamaran offering a selection of snorkel, sail and sunset cruise options.

Security Note:

Ko Olina Resort and Marina operates a 24 x 7 manned security post, for your peace of mind. Beach Villas additionally provide 24 x 7, onsite security and card control access at gates and doors including the beachfront.

Fitness Center Towel Service, designed to enhance your experience and help lower costs at Beach Villas
Sign-Up: To access the Fitness Center Towel Service, please visit the Front Desk. The staffs will assist you with the sign-up process.

Locker Key: Upon sign-up, you will be provided with a locker key. Please ensure that you sign out the key with Front Desk staff.
Towels: Inside your assigned locker, you will find one hand towel and one bath towel for your use while working out in the Fitness Center.
How to Return Towels:

Towel Return: When you finish your workout, please return the used towels to the designated basket located at the Front Desk. If towels are not returned by the end of the day a charge of $10 per hand towel and $20 per bath towel will be placed on the credit card on file for the unit.

*If you need extra parking ,AOAO parking will be required to pay a nominal fee of $25(Whole your stay) when registering a vehicle for overnight parking in association-owned parking stalls.

Guest(s) must abide by the condominium HOUSE RULES and any violation by Guest(s) or their invitees are the sole responsibility of the Guest. A copy of the House Rules is located in the unit.

Not a Hotel: Please note this is a condominium, not a 24/7 full-service hotel.
Internet/Cable TV are complimentary, therefore not guaranteed or reimbursable.
*Please do not purchase any on-demand / streaming programs on the TV. You will be charged extra for purchasing such services.

Pets (other than service animals) are not allowed in the unit. Please remove your shoes while in the unit, to avoid incurring extra cleaning.
・Plese do not leave Trash in Hallway, ILikai will charge Violation fee to you.
・NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property, in the unit, or on Lanai.
You will be charged $250 per violation per person.: If you notice smoking from another unit, please contact the building security at the front desk so they can immediately check it out.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors as this is a residential community. Please keep noise level to a minimum.
You will be charged for unauthorized check-outs beyond the esignated time. (Please contact us to receive approval.)

Please check inside the cabinet.

Mails: Guests will have not access to the mailbox. (We do not have a mail box key. Please do not purchase items online during your stay. Even if you contact us We can not open it. )

Check-Out Time is 10AM. Late check-out is not permitted without advance approval, and may be subject to extra charges.

Please turn off all the electronic products including A/C and lights
Please make sure that all windows and doors are locked.
You will see a pending charge on your last day of stay.
This is a temporary hold and NOT and actual charge. This will be automatically release after a week if the unit is left clean and undamaged and no need of extra charges.

IMPORTANT: If there is any damage to the unit or the cleaner requires more than 2 hours to clean because of a mess, you will be charged the extra cleaning fee.
NOTE: Lack of air conditioning service is NOT an emergency. In case of medical, fire or police emergencies, please call 911.

We were so pleased with this property! It was everything that is advertised. Our family had a wonderful time! Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own private bathroom which was so nice. The spacious kitchen/living area was so comfortable for a family dinner. We were happy that our grandparents who were staying next door at Marriott were allowed to come over and park to have dinner with us. We were pleased that it had all the beach towels, toys, boogie boards & snorkel gear available for use. It also had sufficient washing machine & dishwasher soap available. I had tried to call the management prior to this trip to ask about these amenities but was unable to find anyone that knew. During this trip, we also stayed next door at Aulani. Both are similarly high priced. We found this room at the Beach Villas to be superior. This condo was more spacious and in a quiet location with a great ocean view. We REALLY appreciated the 2 free parking spaces! The outdoor area at Aulani is superior, and of course, Aulani is a lot more kid-friendly overall. Parking at Aulani is now $40/night. Thanks for a great visit! We would definitely return again but it will take years to save enough money :)

Amazing location. Beautifully furnished condo with everything you need to have a relaxing family vacation. We really appreciated the little extras like beach chairs, snorkel gear, & sand toys. Can't wait to return!

The location of this unit is beautiful! It faces the public parking lot for lagoon 2 but the spacious lanai affords generous views of the lagoon. Very comfortable for two families and our toddlers. Management was very accommodating, highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our group. Great condo for 6 adults, great everything: beaches, lagoon swimming, paved walking path, communication with host. Couldn't be better, we plan to return next year.
