We have fabulous ocean views from our mid level and crows nest deck where you can relax and watch the moon and stars above the blue Atlantic. Direct beach access is only 75 yards away offering access to beautiful white sandy beaches.

Our home is located close to Jockeys Ridge State Park and all of the great dining, shopping, and water sports that Nags Head has to offer. Within walking distance of Tanger Outlet Mall, Jennette's Pier (which is handicap accessible to the beach) and the Events Park! After a day full of shopping and adventure the elevator will be a welcome amenity to come back home to!

3 CATVS, 1 DVD, HD Service on all TV's. Other amenities include elevator, books/board games, crow's nest, covered deck, ADA Handicap Bathroom w/Roll-in Shower, and deck furniture and built-in benches. Public Beach Access Across Street, just 1 Block Walk to the Ocean! 75 yards to the beach. Milepost 16.5.

Two week vacation with children and grandchildren joining us.

Excellent house, very clean, elevator came in handy bringing food and things up to top level. Living room, kitchen, sitting room is even better than the photos showed. Central location in Nags Head. Located between major Rte 158 and Rte. 12 but most of excessive road noise from Rte 158 was blocked by a big water tank next to property. No road noise inside house with AC on. House is basically well equipped but recommend the laundry add-on for sheets, towels, etc. No propane grill - charcoal grill only, but we learned again how to use it and it was quite effective and the results more tasty than propane.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really like the house. Layout was functional and the location was convenient for us. It is well appointed and has quality kitchen appliances. Initially, we couldn't get the elevator to work, but the service staff was great! Very proactive and actually arranged for the owner to walk me through getting it to work. She was super friendly & helpful! You may want to check out the rooftop deck railing. It appears to be sturdy, but is aging & some corner reinforcement may be appropriate.

Enjoyed "This Is It"

THIS IS IT...What a wonderful way to spend our vacation viewing the sunset on the very top of what i referred to as the eagles nest! The house inside was delightfully decorated and very comfortable that gave a feeling of home away from home. Best about this was the elevator (no lugging luggage up the stairs. A great feature!) Beach and shopping is very accessible. Resturants close by. This beach home is highly recommended...except for the fact there is no gas grill...id say this home is a great vacation get away.

This really is it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful week staying in this house! It was incredibly close to shopping (across the street), food and the beach. The streets had crosswalks, so safe to cross with children. We loved hanging out on the various decks or in the spacious living room. We enjoyed family meals at the table before walking back to the beach. Half of our group enjoyed the firm mattresses. We would love to stay here again!
