Esta 4 quartos propriedade 3 banheiro foi recentemente remodelado e atualizado com móveis de couro 42 'TV de tela plana - todas as novas camas e acessórios.

Grande comer na cozinha totalmente equipada com máquina de lavar louça, fidge, freezer, microondas e fogão Quarto de família com nove pés de vidro portas de correr para a varanda (com uma área sombreada se necessário a partir da Florida Sun) e piscina / área de deck. Situado em uma rua sem saída bastante em Windsor Park, esta propriedade tem tudo o que faz o sonho de um familiar Florida Vacation Villa.

The neighborhood was lovely. When my family and I felt comfortable and at home.

It was decorated beautifully and there was no clutter, which we certainly liked. We definitely would love return and rent with you guys again.

Just what we needed

We really enjoyed ourselves while staying at this home. We did have to purchase things such as toilet paper, dish soap, and garbage bags during our 4 night stay, so it was nice to be so close to a Publix supermarket. The property seemed clean and well maintained. On the last day when we had some questions regarding what we were to do with the garbage (there were some discrepancies with the information on that within the home, and we wanted to make sure that we weren't charged any additional money), one of the numbers given to us to call was actually the number to the house, which obviously wasn't helpful. We were able to get a hold of someone (though it wasn't the same person whose name we had been given) who told us what we should do.

We enjoyed using the pool, though felt that it was strange that the company that comes to clean the pool showed up and started cleaning it while we were still there (before the designated check out time). It was a little alarming to be packing our things up with the blinds open and having random people sudden in the screen enclosure with no warning. It should also be noted that to get into the subdivision, you have to pass through a security station where there is a person who records the house you are going to and some took down our license plate info. This is totally fine, but at times (mostly during the evening) the line was extremely long and took quite a bit of time to get through. It was really nice to have a code for the door as opposed to needing a key (one less thing to keep track of). All in all, this home met our needs, and not only would we stay again if the need to be in that area arose, but we would recommend it to others as well.

It was exactly what we needed

I'll never stay at a hotel again.

We had a great time in this vacation rental. I recommend to anyone. The only downside to this stay was dealing with the property manager, who was very rude when we were having a bbq for our sons birthday and there were FOUR cars parked streetside, and outside playing in the backyard. He came and took pictures of all the cars and people/our kids, and ran away. When I called him he was very rude to me. It would be nicer to deal with the actual owner, but we had a GREAT stay.

I am the owner of the property but unfortunately live in the UK so I rely heavily on Elaine and Stuart to ensure my property is taken care of in every way. They run a very tight ship and have to adhere to strict association rules so that all my guests can continue to have an enjoyable stay. They would have needed to take photos in case the cars and inflateable castle contravened any regulations. Great property in a quiet neighborhood away from the theist areas but close enough to get to all the attractions in a reasonable amount of time. We would love to stay again.

Awesome property

The property was everything it promised to be. The set up was perfect for the couples we traveled with..we had a few questions upon arrival and we were able to communicate with the managers with ease..they were readily available to assist us with everything. There was however an issue with cable in the bedrooms for most of the week. It was partially correted but the room my husband and I were in was never fixed. We were on vacation yes..and when we retreated to our bedroom it would have been nice to have access to cable tv as the description of the house on home away said we would..if I knew in advance we would have brought our roku.

But other than that this house did not disappoint and the pool was incredible!! Our group is from Charleston SC and after the tragedy and heartbreak we had experienced in out city just a few days prior to our departure..the quiet space this house provided was just what we needed. Thank you for providing us with an amazing home away from home.
