This gorgeous three-bedroom beachfront condo at the Majestic Beach Towers Resort is the perfect romantic getaway. The condo is directly on the beach and is located on the quiet19th floor of the newer Tower 2. It sleeps a MAXIMUM OF SIX GUESTS - no exceptions allowed. This designer condo was completely renovated in 2019. It has new flooring, a new washer and dryer, a new master shower, and a new water heater and a Carrier AC unit. New Sealy mattresses were installed in all bedrooms in 2022. New 55" Samsung smart tv installed 2022. Free high-speed internet. The beachfront master suite offers a king size bed, large master bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub, and a sit-down make-up area. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room as well as the master bedroom have spectacular ocean-side views. The large kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room has a large table for six. Flat screen TVs are provided in the living room, master, and two guest bedrooms. The large furnished balcony overlooks the white sandy Gulf beaches and is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. The condo has a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. Renter must be at least 25 of age and occupy the unit. Renter may NOT book the property on behalf of any other individual or organization.
2. Photo ID of the renter along with full names and ages of all guests must be provided directly to the owner within 24 hours of booking, even when using Instant Booking or other online service. The renter must also provide ID to Security at check-in and be present on the property during entire stay.
3. Phone confirmation for all reservations is mandatory - no exceptions.
4. All guest vehicles must be registered separately through the Association Guest Registration System. Guest vehicles can be registered through the GuestSVCS.com website. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
5. Guests must follow all house rules. Any violation of the contract, damage to the condo, or theft will result in a Damage Charge of up to $2,500 being added to the original payment.

Summer bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Second- or third-party bookings are prohibited. Full payment is required at time of booking.

*Pets or service animals are strictly prohibited. Any violation carries a $250 daily fine.
*Smoking anywhere on the property, including the balcony, is strictly prohibited. Any violation carries a $250 fine.
*Security bands issued by owner must be worn or displayed at all times on the property.

*COVERED PARKING. The parking garage has a 7 ft vertical clearance, standard size parking spaces, and some oversized spaces available on first come, first-serve basis. Golf carts are not allowed.

*Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. KABA door lock system. Outdoor security cameras view front door.

AMENITIES: two indoor heated pools, kiddy pool, three outdoor pools, hot tubs, Tiki bar, H2O Bar, H2O Grill restaurant, Starbucks, outdoor charcoal grills, tennis and pickleball courts, a game room, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, large fitness center, and more.

*Exceeding the MAXIMUM of SIX (6) GUESTS or MISREPRESENTING the total number of guests or other relevant information when booking will result in IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION, EVICTION, and LOSS of ALL PAYMENTS. Infants ARE INCLUDED in the guest count.

Family Spring Break in Panama City
This is a great property in a great location. It is a very well maintained and nicely decorated condo. It is on a high floor with a stunning view of the beach and great sunsets. We went with our ten-year-old son, our 14-year-old daughter and one of her friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of amenities too, including 9 pools/hot tubs, a Starbucks, a gym, and a grill/bar on the property. You're right on the beach. The owners are very responsive and were very helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to eat, which was beneficial since it was our first time in the area. When we had a concern with an appliance usage, the owner himself was there within 15 minutes to address it. I don't think you could get a fresh set of towels that quickly at a hotel. Overall, a great unit and great owners to work with.

PERFECT PLACE!
The condo was gorgeous, spacious, and had everything we needed. The check-in process was very smooth. We appreciated the texts from the owners. The resort is by far the nicest place we have stayed in PCB!

Enjoyed the condo and our weekend getaway. Everyone we encountered that worked at the property was kind and helpful. Condo was clean with comfy beds. Large back patio to sit and enjoy view.

We want happy families who will come back year after year. We will bend over backwards to make sure you LOVE your experience!

This BEACHFRONT resort property has more AMENITIES than any other in the area. The location is PERFECT! This designer condo was completely renovated in 2019. It has new flooring, new washer and dryer, new master shower, and new Carrier AC unit. Enjoy the BEAUTIFUL WHITE SANDY BEACH, three outdoor pools, two large HEATED indoor pools, on-site restaurant and bar, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, tennis courts, and five-story parking garage security. A large, modern, onsite fitness center is also available. There is little or NO WAITING ON THE ELEVATORS. Wal-Mart is less than a mile away. There are 100 attractions within five miles including golf, restaurants, bars, shopping, and amusement parks.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE CONDO, ON THE BALCONY, OR ANYWHERE ON THE RESORT PROPERTY. Any indication of smoking in the condo will result in a separate $250 Damage Assessment after guest departure.

ANIMALS (including service animals) ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any violation will result in a separate $250 Damage Assessment after guest departure.
