The location is great. We had a wonderful time even though we went through the tropical storm. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards when we arrived. The blind in the bedroom on the right facing the gulf did not have all of the slats and was difficult to open and close. we could not find a dustpan in the condo which makes it difficult when you are dealing with sand. Overall, we enjoyed our time very much.

Very nice area slightly away (about a mile or so) from the busy beach and shops. Gated condo, very clean and quiet. Staff responds fast and is helpful.

Condo was not clean

We walked in to find hair left on shower/sinks and toothbrush holder. Dirty glass doors and windows, kitchen table and living room table. We wiped down kitchen counters and cleaned the fridge. The walls had visible fingerprints all over them that I wiped off with 409. The towel my husband used smelled like smoke and we didn't want to even sit on the bed because the white comforter didn't look clean (we pulled off immediately). The carpet in master bedroom felt dirty so I vacuumed after our 11 hours in the car as soon as we got here. I feel like it hasnt been cleaned for quite some time. The track lighting in dining room was out and the guy did come quickly to look at it, but has to come back tomorrow. The door to balcony is so hard to open that we are all using the bedroom doors to go out to balcony. A panel from The blinds from the 90's (literally i had them), fell off as soon as we opened in master bedroom. So at 11:00 after 2 hours of sleep the night, before I climb in bed and honestly the mattress is horrible and the headboard hits the wall if you barely move. Literally, as I'm typing this I'm wondering how I'm going to sleep because my back is already hurting from this mattress. Oh and the water dispenser from fridge Isn't working.

We paid less money last year and the condo was three times as nice...clean, updated and a mattress that you could actually sleep on and feel like your money you worked for to take your family on vacation was well spent. I'm not sure about other families, but we take one vacation a year and this was by far less than we expected and its only the first night.

Note, we did call the rental company and they offered to send cleaning lady, but we declined. That was before we found so many issues with the cleaning.

Had a great stay. It was just what we needed... a very nice place but able to handle the activity of two two-year olds. Great view, easy access to beach and pool. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Would come back again.
