Just a block off the beach, "St. Somewhere" at Playa Del Ray greets you with beautiful interiors and all the room you need to spread out!

This majestic home proudly features 4 bedrooms of which 3 are master suites along with ocean views and those of the Wright Brothers Memorial. The great room, and its cathedral ceiling, is airy and inviting and the top level screened in porch makes for a great retreat to enjoy the beach breezes of Kill Devil Hills.

"St. Somewhere" at Playa Del Ray is a resort in itself! With a 50 foot long private pool, and basketball goal, the family fun never stops! As the sun goes down lay back and enjoy the millions of stars as they light up the night’s sky from one of the many spacious decks. And later, enjoy a few games of pool while relaxing in the recreation room. Complete with a kitchenette and second fridge!

"St. Somewhere" at Playa Del Ray is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills and convenient to all historic attractions, water adventures, shopping, dining and night life.

A well behaved Fido is welcome to join the fun!

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was great!! We woke up to beautiful weather, drinking a cup of coffee on the balcony looking out at the Ocean.We had everything in the kitchen in order to cook breakfast and any other meals. We went to the beach in the early afternoon and then came back for lunch. We would use the pool afterwards and could have a **** tail at the bar by the pool while watching the kids swim. There were a lot of stores within a few miles so that was a convenience!!

The house is a gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely. It's in a great location. It's roomy and bright. The pool is a nice size. I really loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Its very convenient. The house really is a gem. The only complaint I have is that the frying pans really needed replaced. We ended up buying one because the Teflon was missing in spots and that's dangerous. Also a few large knives would be nice.

Needs so TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not very clean, carpet needs replaced, Old box TVs need updated....

Great property close to the beach

We had a great stay, with plenty of space for our family of 9. Plenty of room to eat and socialize together. We enjoyed the pool and beach is a short walk away.

Nice Home

This home was very well laid out and in general, very nice. It needs some TLC though... The pool is in very poor condition and needs resurfaced. There isn't adequate deck furniture to just sit outside and relax. The location is apx a 5 minute walk to the closest beach access. The view of the Wright Brothers Memorial is nice. With a little sprucing up, I think this house would be beautiful!
