With unobstructed ocean views, this classic Outer Banks cottage is just for you. Newly remodeled in 2015 with vaulted ceiling, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. This charmer brings back the old days of family trips to the beach and just for the beach! With unmatched ocean views, from the sun deck, the hours will pass by slowly as you are drifted away by the tranquil waves splashing on the awaiting beach.

THE BEACH BARN is the home for those seeking a quiet week of fun in the sun, reading a good book and spending time with loved ones.

Note: Large hotel type Air-Conditioner in living room (Cools The Entire House).

Beach Barn what a view and wonderful access
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the problem i had was the TV could not get normal cable wanted to watch Fox News and local and regular channels loved the bath room shower great pressure

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Barn. While a little on the small size, it was just right for the two of us and our two small beagles. And the location and view of the price was priceless!We loved it so much that we have already put a deposit in for the same week in August for 2024!

We love the Beach Barn!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Beach Barn for our honeymooon. It was just the two of us with our two dogs - it was perfect! We had everything we needed to cook, lots of space to store our beach gear, and plenty of room to relax. Being right on the beach was so nice for morning and evening beach walks.

Small House, Amazing Location
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach Barn's best feature is the oceanfront location. The large deck is a definite plus. Unfortunately, despite paying $225 for an early check in, the house was not clean. There were visible dog hairs on the window seats and one set of sheets (already on the bed) and dust bunnies in the main living area. The one AC unit works well but you have to freeze in the living room to keep the bedrooms cool. Future renters should note that there is NO storage (drawers or closets or hangers) in the one bedroom and only hooks (and dog hair covered window seat) in the other bedroom. There were only two of us staying, but if you had couples in each room, there is no where to store luggage let alone unpack. Not a dealbreaker, but good to know. There is a public beach access right next to the house, which was a surprise. This was not disruptive for us but would be good to know ahead of time. The kitchen supplies were just ok. We did not do any major cooking, but were glad for the one cutting board. None of the knives were great for slicing tomatoes, let alone cantaloupe and watermelon. Again, the beachfront location cannot be beat, and the house was just fine for two people and two small dogs. As for Carolina Shores--it just depended on who you got on the phone. Some were very helpful, others did not seem interested in answering questions.

Absolute slice of paradise!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach Barn is truly a slice of paradise! It was absolutely spotless upon arrival, in a phenomenal location close to everything you could possibly need, and the views are breathtaking! The deck is perfection with a birds eye view of the ocean and beach and has the best chairs ever! Early morning sunrises and watching the dolphins, soaking up the sun all day, and a wonderful spot for dinner in the evening, that deck will certainly not disappoint!! Inside has all of the comforts of home and provides a nice end to the evening with the comfiest beds on the planet! Absolutely cannot wait for next year!
