This is our 3rd year staying at the same property and we will continue to stay there again next year and the year's after that. The accommodations are great. Location is great and I love the exercise room. When we had an issue with the TV, the owner was right on it and helped us resolve the issue. Looking forward to our stay next year.
We found the condo just as advertised! Rick called upon our arrival to make everything was ok. This was our first time renting and we were pleased.
I would comment that the property is more than 5 minutes from the strip but that was not an issue for us. The condo was stocked with paper products and even laundry detergent which was an added bonus!
I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Summerlyn area-close to the fabulous shopping and restaurants at Downtown Summerlyn.
We stayed at Richards condo for 30 days over Christmas and New Years so there was plenty of opportunity for Murphy's Law to take over but Richard responded in an instant to each and every incident. The condo is within easy driving of 3 casinos with wonderful buffets. Shopping of any description is also within easy reach. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. We found 3 parks/trails great for dog walking using google maps. This location is well off the strip but Las Vegas has a very good freeway system so everything is easy to get to. We gave a four star rating to our stay only because nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement.
P.S. Try to visit "Valley of Fire" if you enjoy hiking/biking in very unusual geology
Loved the layout of the condo. The two bedrooms/bathrooms are separated by the living area which is nice. Location was great as we did a lot of hiking at the Red Rock Canyon area which is close by. Loved the amenities and we got to use the jacuzzi and tennis courts which also have lights for night time use. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and we took advantage of that as we were too tired to go out most evenings! The area is quiet and we will definitely stay in Rick's condo again!
We stayed at this property Nov. 4th to Nov.7 and found it to be perfect for us. It is a guard gated complex with lovely grounds and plenty of close by parking. The pool complex is very close and would be refreshing in the summer months. The living area is comfortable with dining and kitchen close enough to hold a normal volume conversation with anyone cooking. And speaking of cooking, the kitchen is modern and equipped to handle any food prep you desire. All of the utensils and even many of the spices that you always forget are there. Coffee, microwave, check and check. The full sized laundry equipment is just off the kitchen complete with ironing board and iron and any mop, broom, or Swiffer you may need. Both beds were very comfortable and the baths were roomy and functional. Others have talked about the tub in the Master bath, but I will just say it is huge and my wife enjoyed it very much. Plenty of closet space and extra pillows, blankets and towels should the need arise. As always, Richard was attentive and available for any questions that arose. This is the 2nd property of his we have stayed in and the quality is consistent. He has others that we will get to eventually because caring owners like Richard are not as common as they should be. And we have rented from many all over the nation and internationally so we appreciate good service when we encounter it. I highly recommend this property and know you will enjoy your stay here.
We stayed here for a month for the birth of our first grandchild. Great location for all kinds of shopping. Nice secure area. Plenty of covered parking. Condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the supplies we needed. Even laundry soap and a nice washer and dryer. Two bathrooms and a huge bath tub and nice shower heads. The patio is nice and always has shade. The condo is close to the pool and hot tub. It has a waterfall and nice patio furniture. I made a salad to take to my daughters house and there was a nice big wooden bowl with utensils. The fridge had an ice maker so we had plenty of ice. There is a toaster. Plenty of nice towels and extra blankets. We enjoyed having Netflix and numerous other viewing options. There are three televisions. The sectional couch is newer and very comfortable, It has nice plantation shutters for nice privacy and blocks the light if you want to sleep in. We enjoyed staying here very much. The property is easy to get around in and walking distance to drug stores and restaurants and a movie theater. Vegas has so many restaurant choices all you have to do is drive down any street from the Condo and you will have many choices The staff at the front gate were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again. Its well worth the money and more reasonable than many that I had looked at. It's better than a hotel because the rates are always a lot higher on the week-end and they charge a "resort fee" The fees add up quickly. You won't be disappointed in this property! Rick was very nice to deal with and he's available if you need him. He got my deposit back to me right away. Gayle and Paul from California.
