A cozinha, quarto de casal e banheiro principal foram maravilhosamente renovados em abril de 2014. O $ 17,000 mestre características banho de renovação designer de mármore do chão ao teto, de cabeça chuveiro e pia torneiras de designer, designer de vaidade e iluminação dramática.
O apartamento é composto por:
- Quarto principal recém-renovado contendo uma cama king size com uma magnífica casa de banho completa
- Segundo quarto contém duas camas queen size e uma agradável casa de banho completa
- Recém-renovado cozinha totalmente equipada
- Sala de jantar lindamente decorado
- Confortável sala de estar com um sofá-cama
- Varanda com vista para a praia e piscina fechada.

I am in the travel business and decided to rent a condo rather than 2 hotel rooms for my family. The location was excellent. The oceanview was great.
I do feel the unit needs a total facelift. It is dated, beds are uncomfortable, blinds do not close properly, paint on walls repaired in some areas. Its time to spend some money and make it a nice unit. The kitchen had been renovated along with master bath. I do feel the price was too high for the condition of the property. As I mentioned we normally stay at hotels and might have to go back to the hotel thing. I do expect a better ambiance.
The building is very old and out dated. Elevators are very small and often get stuck. Parking is very limited so using the valet parking is your only real choice at $8 per day. Pool and pool area are very nice. Beach is also nice.
Upon our arrival in July 2016 we noticed gnats flying around. We immediately contacted Elizabeth who responded quickly as did the owner who was on site. The gnats were very bad. They were everywhere. The exterminator came the 2nd day and found a one foot hole in the wall under the 2nd bathrooms sink. When he sprayed in the open cavity swarms of gnats came flying out. He stated this was the source of the infestation. Over the course of the next few days the gnats slowly subsided but I am sure they will be back. Gnats were also in the hallways so not sure if there is another source in the building or it is coming from the unit. We toughed it out, but had we found a reasonably priced unit that was available from HomeAway we would have left. No one wanted to rent to us on such a short notice. The owner did offer a full refund if we found another place, which didn't happen. Refunded one days rental for our pain and suffering.
The master bedroom and master bath have recently been renovated and are very nice. 2nd bedroom and bathroom could use renovating. Kitchen was stocked well, but we ended up not cooking or eating in the unit once the exterminator sprayed the refrigerator, stove, sink and dishwasher. Kind of ruined our vacation.
If the wall is repaired and the gnat problem is eliminated I would recommend the unit for rental.
We stayed here from July 30th thru Aug.6th, we were 3 adults and 3 children. The condo was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The unit was clean and nicely decorated, both the kitchen and master bathroom are renovated with taste. The ocean view from the master bedroom was absolutely breath taking and was a pleasure to wake up to each morning.

There are plenty of bath and beach towels, plenty of kitchen supplies, and it is equipped with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The owners and Elizabeth(the manager) were very pleasant to deal with and were easy to reach.
There are really no complaints about this condo, we enjoyed our stay.
The only actual downfall was the building itself, it is outdated, it needs a face lift but nothing really major. The pool area has no shade so we stayed at the beach most of the day. However the building being outdated did not in any way affect our vacation.
The location of this unit was wonderful. It was on the beach, had beach chair rentals and towels, a large pool, Tiki Bar and restaurant.
The unit was disappointing for the price we had to pay. First, the floor to ceiling mirrors were old and splotchy. The leather recliner (that didn't recline) had a built in cup holder with gritty crumbs in and around it. The leather couch had a rip in it. The enclosed balcony had dirt buildup in the corners. The "newly renovated" master bath shower grout was stained and dark in color and the glass wall/door had scum buildup. Floor tile in the kitchen had some cracks and bad spots. The toaster oven in the kitchen had lots of food particles and buildup inside it. The only smoke detector I could find was completely covered up with a plastic bag. I'm not sure how it was supposed to work. There were no smoke detectors in either bedroom. The top of the refrigerator had thick dust on it. The guest beds dipped in the middle.
In all fairness I decided to notify the owner of the shoddy housekeeping. He defended every aspect. "The mirror is old and that's how they are. There are smoke detectors in the bedrooms, you just didn't see them. Toaster ovens are ovens and get dirty." Etc.
Maybe my standard of living is a little higher than his. I like clean ovens and showers, etc. I also like smoke detectors that are not invisible. I took several pictures and wanted to offer them to anyone that wanted to see them, but this site won't let me post my email address.
Please think twice before spending your money here.
We enjoyed spending four days in this condo. The master bathroom and kitchen were new. Ocean Manor is a little outdated but acceptable. The renting process was efficient. The location was very convenient to local shopping, dining, and movies. The views from the condo were some of the best in the building.
